Is there an option for 0 stars? Hands down the worst service I’ve ever had. They should rename this place awful house. Before we even sat down the employees were loudly arguing and shouting swear words at each other about who was going to do the dishes. Then our server started to take our order and in the middle left to run food to another table saying«they will just keep yelling if I don’t run this food.» When she returned she forgot what we had already ordered and had to start over again. All four of us ordered coffee and water along with our meals. We were literally pointing to photos on the menu and she couldn’t understand what we wanted. It seemed like she was making up plates on the spot. After waiting ten minutes, the coffee finally came out, no waters in site. We then contemplated walking out. Even though there were only 2 other tables and 6 people working, no one seemed to be cooking our food. Finally our food came out, one plate at a time. 3 of us had ordered sides of tomatoes and they were the last to come out, at least 10 minutes after I had eaten most of my meal. 1 of the 3 slices of my tomato was just the thin butt end. Still no waters in site. We asked again for the waters and they still never came, all of us were done eating at this point. Waffle House will always hold a special place in my heart but I would never suggest this location after the experience we just had. I regret the tip I left because she did not deserve even a dollar for that service.

This Monday I happen to be off work due to Mardi Gras tomorrow, decided to stop at this new Waffle House lunchtime when we walked in nobody greeted us so we just went and sat down at Booth few minutes later waitress(Candy) came introduced herself and took our order, food came out rather fast everything was cooked well and delicious.

I love Waffle House, but this one is not at the top of my list! We were immediately greeted and sat upon entering. The food was typical, except for incorrectly making one of our orders. Also, one person in our group didn’t get their drink until we were about to leave. That was about 30 minutes without a drink!

I normally love to eat at Waffle House cause the food is fast and inexpensive! This one was horrible. They didn’t bother wiping the table when we was just standing there waiting for almost 10 minutes. The whole time the servers were complaining about how horrible their job was. About how terrible the supervisors treated them and unfair pay? The server just took our order and didn’t bring our food out with no other kind of service! Someone else had to bring our food out for her. No utensils and no sauces. I don’t expect much attention but if she’s complaining out loud of how horrible her tips are then at least do a better job to make some. My only and last time.

Went on a Friday morning while I was in town and we were greeted by the manager and staff. The waitress took our order and within a few minutes it was ready. The food was ok(nothing special) but as we were paying the cashier felt as though we didn’t leave a big enough tip. She said it very loudly to her co-worker although our bill was less than $ 30 pre-tax and we left more than 15%, the standard for STANDARD service.

I am really surprised to see such bad reviews. Either this location cleaned house on the staff or we just went during the right shift. We were greeted promptly when we walked in and grabbed a booth. The couple sitting at the table before us walked out of the restaurant right as we were getting out of our car. In the short time it took for us to walk inside the table was already cleaned off and set. Same thing when others left as well. Tables were promptly wiped down and set up for the next customers. Our server was very nice and attentive for the most part. It took a little while to get syrup for our waffles and to get our check, but they were crazy busy so it was understandable. Things happen. The food was hot and pretty good. I would highly recommend getting the country hash browns(they come with the sausage gravy). The prices, of course, are always great. The staff was not rude and no one was sitting around doing nothing. Everyone was pretty much busting butt the whole time. This place is pretty much day and night compared to the Behrman Hwy location. One visit over there was enough for us. We will never set food in that disgusting place again.

On a Friday night after the movies, my nephew and I wanted a quick bite and I noticed the new Waffle House had opened on the way home. I stopped and decided to dine in, since it’s been forever I’ve had Waffle House. I was greeted and decided to order my usual which is either the all stars special or waffle with hash browns. That night it was kind of busy and I figured since this WH just opened that the employees were still training hence the reason why service was slow. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks, although my server did apologized &20 minutes for our food. I asked my for my waffle to be extra crispy(well done) and for my hash browns to be done the same but both came out soggy. I didn’t complained I just ate. Hopefully next time they will get it right. Overall I will be back for a quick breakfast.

We were immediately greeted upon walking in. I guess that’s the only thing that the seven employees working that night remembered from their training. Customers were steadily coming in and waiting to have their orders taken while half the staff was sitting at the counters eating. I understand they may have been on break but sitting in the customers spots while they stand and wait is unacceptable. It was obvious that other customers were not happy as well. One employee that was eating at the counter even asked a customer«do you have a problem»? She was not asking in a polite manner as her and the customer actually exchanged words. WOW! Our waiter was Gary. Gary was busting his butt! He was taking care of multiple tables and obviously pulling the slack of the other employees. Good job Gary!!! Please take my advice and retrain!

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews. I think this is the second review I have ever written in my 39 years. This is a new establishment, open for less than a week. Upon entering my wife and I were greeted very politely by the staff behind the counter, however the waitress working the floor had such a nasty attitude that we decided to eat breakfast at IHOP! When asked if an empty both was available, she snapped«does it look clean!?» I really didn’t expect anything good to come from eating there after that. Waffle House really should have taken more time to screen its employees!
