Like many of Cape Cod’s motels, this«resort» is clean but dated and worn. Threadbare towels, sheets with holes, and dirty windows are signs of neglected maintenance. Many nearby restaurants are cash-only establishments, and though the beach is within walking distance the narrow two-lane road(Bank St.) leading to it has no sidewalks and is dangerous when taking kids to the beach. With that said, the main reason this timeshare gets such a low rating from me is that nearly every single one of my family members(we had three units for a week) had a negative encounter with the sarcastic manager, Rick. I had chalked up my own experience with the guy to a crusty, curt New Englander attitude, but when my wife asked me to go and swap linens she said: «I don’t like that guy. He mocked me.» Then, other family members related similar stories, so I can only assume the dude is a jerk. If you are with RCI, try to swap into Brewster Green instead of this place.
