Junk, wouldn’t have made such a big deal if the owner didn’t try and get cocky for a second! I saw the delivery guy show up and shuffle around between the front and back seats of his car for close to five minutes. Once he finally delivered the pizzas and I opened them I realized what had happened. The pizzas obviously tipped over and fell outta the box. The driver pieced them back together and this picture is what I received. I brought the pizzas back to Hasbrouck Heights pizza and the owner actually tried to tell me that the pizza«never actually hit the floor». Seconds later he tried to apologize I’m over it. They deserve — stars Gave them another shot and I ended up w the same driver. He did the right thing today!

The pizza is very good. I guess what separates them from other local spots is the sauce. Most of the pastas are very good too. Buffalo wings are good, just a bit soggy at times. I usually toss them in the oven once I get home to crisp them up a bit. The chicken tenders are not very good. Place gets very busy on Fridays.

Good amount of food for the money but the pizza was SOOOGREASY. The garlic knots were also sitting in their own pool of oil. was literally up for hours with horrific heartburn. Granted maybe I should have seen that coming but the food was some of the greasiest I’ve had in awhile. It was decent tasting but not worth the indigestion and added calories.

I was across the street doing some business with town, when I noticed the Pizza spot I have been hearing all the rave about. I decided to give it a try and boy am I thankful. The pizza here was delicious. Picked up 4 slices to go, waited about 10 minutes, and now they’re gone. Thank You Hasbrouck Heights Pizza

This pizzeria is awesome. Everything on their menu is consistently great. Back in the day my family was in the pizza business so needless to say when it comes to pizza we are beyond critical. This place is right in the center of town and easily accessible. They always have plenty of staff to help so the wait time generally isn’t that long. They do deliver locally and I’m so obsessed with their pizza that even though they don’t deliver to my area I make it a point to go there to eat. Anyone going there try the drunk grandmas pie, you won’t be disappointed!

Will never eat here ever again! I ordered a buffalo salad and as I was eating my way through the chicken I found a huge, rusted nail in my salad!!! The worse of it all is that I’m pregnant. I had go to the doc and get a tetanus shot. This has been the worse experience of my life and this should have never happened!!!

Having just moved into the area, my husband & I decided to try this place out… have to say I’m sorry we did! I called to place the order & the girl who answered the phone & took my order was beyond RUDE to say the least! I decided that since I didn’t get my food yet, I would be patient with her. However, she told me 30 minutes which I totally understood for it being a busy Friday night, but when my husband arrived 45 minutes later & had to wait another 15 that to me is ridiculous! The food was ok but between the biotch at the counter, the wait, and the food that we were far from impressed with, we won’t be going there again. Side note… we ordered from La Nonna right down the street on Boulevard this past weekend & it was AMAZING!!! La Nonna is our new go to!!!

While hanging at my friends house we decided we wanted something other than our usual Chinese take out spot so Heights Pizza it was. We decided on a large pie with half meatball, buffalo chicken fried ravioli, garlic bread with melted mozzarella, and the potato croquettes. I thought it was pretty cool that the delivery guy called my cell phone to let me know he had arrived. The delivery took about 20 mins and arrived hot and fresh. I really enjoyed everything we ordered that night especially the meatball topping on the pizza! Crust was good and had a nice bite to it. The buffalo chicken fried raviolis were a big hit and didn’t last long with the spicy center and cool dipping sauce. The potato croquettes didn’t hold together too well when it came time for dipping but the flavor was pretty on point. The garlic bread hit the spot with melted mozzarella, crisp bread loaded with garlic flavor. We will definitely be ordering from here a lot more now that I know there is a great pizza place near by!

Only decent place in town. I say that lightly. Ordered a few slices while I was 20 mins away. Was told it’ll be ready in five. Got there in ten. Still not in the oven. A week later ordered pick up then called back immediately and requested delivery. Told 30 mins. 85 mins later I call and was told it was set up as pick up. So I get a stone cold pizza cause the person answering the phone is a dolt. Better off ordering Somewhere else.

Has gone down significantly in quality and service since reopening. With many options in the area including a new place in Wood Ridge focused on top quality, I am no longer a customer.

It is a takeout restaurant and every time we are told 20 minutes. You get there and that is when they start preparing your food. I could accept that if the food was actually good but unfortunately the food is poor quality the past few times. We have officially given up and will no longer order from this place. Food is laced with raw garlic thrown in for«flavor». Sandwiches are poorly prepared and pizza is not cooked properly. Too many choices in this area to settle for poor takeout.

After this place reopened the quality started going down they screw you over pretty much for pick up and when you get there they don’t even make it for you and then you have to wait there that’s worse Will never come back here again Update: its gotten even worse we ordered from here two days ago at around 6:15 and the pizza didn’t arrive for delivery until about 8:00 or so so very late the delivery man had no clue how to get from one town to another and then when the food got here it was ice cold the cheese and crust taste like plastic so I will never be ordering from here again I will stick to Jersey Pizza Co or Domino’s

I tired this place for the first time bc I was in the area and the pizza was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful in every way. It’s a small place but a very busy store. Parking was a little difficult but I managed. If I’m in the area again I would definitely come back

Always good and delivery getting faster. Great addition to local restaurants. Catering menu very good, too. How about expanding so eating in could be done. It was amazing how many other pizza places tried to take advantage of repair period after fire. My mailbox was stuffed with menus. we ordered from none.

Everything I’ve ever tried here has been nothing short of amazing. I would have to say this is our families absolute favorite pizzeria/Italian food. With so many options on the menu, you’d think it would be hard to maintain consistency, but Heights has defied those odds. We’ve had a number of their pizzas, pastas, sandwiches/wraps, salads and appetizers and they have all been fresh and delicious! Personal favorites, albeit hard to even pick, are the chicken vodka parm and cheesesteak heroes, pasta fagioli, tuscan salad and the grandma vodka pizza. Definitely give them a shot you can’t miss!

The food is typically great. The pizza is never a let down. Wings are really good. I wouldn’t suggest ordering the garlic knots unless you are there waiting for them. I have had them and they were out of this world, but most of the time they are BLACK. Not well done, but BLACK. It is a gamble we keep taking and we have hopes that we will get a good batch. The sandwiches are always good. The delivery guys are consistently nice and courteous, but they could really teach the counter girls some customer service. I am picking up a pizza — I don’t need to hear you guys gossiping or being ridiculously nasty to one another. Going to continue ordering from here, but i hope they work on a few things

Quite possibly the best it gets in Hasbrouck Heights! Owner is super nice guy. Good specialty slices like Margerita, Grandma, Drunken Grandma, as well as a few others. Calzones are also tasty! Eggplant rollatinis also hit the spot. Loved the bread they give as a side dish as it’s good to dip in the sauce. Pasta dishes are good too. A place that uses quality ingredients for sure. They come off a truck(gasp!). If you live in the area you can spot the truck shipping fresh ingredients in. I would have given them four stars if it wasn’t for these two major issues. The first is don’t even bother to come here on a Friday. The place gets swamped with some of the town’s best and brightest(note the hint of sarcasm). You can wait up to two hours some Fridays. It’s not there fault but I remember my dad trying to order here on Friday and I told him«NOOOOOOOOOO!!! DON’T DOIT!». Sure enough he said he walked in and the place was a mad house. There were a lot of angry people and the place isn’t the biggest so I can only imagine what a mob scene that was. Second their calamari has some sogginess issues. It’s hit or miss and if you place an order for pick up of Calamari be prepared to wait anyway. They have to prepare it as soon as you arrive so it’s not soggy. Then what is the point of calling in an order anyway??? Nonetheless Heights pizza is a good pizzeria with some imperfections that seem to be out of their control. Just come here on a weekday and don’t even bother with the calamari. Stick to the pizza, calzones, entrees, and pasta dishes. Place does hit the spot and so glad it’s close to home.

I order from this place pretty regularly because when the place gets the order correct, its great! However, I’d say 95% of the time I order delivery the order is wrong. Either the whole order is wrong, something is missing, or the wrong add-on, say grilled chicken vs. chicken cutlet, is added to the entrée. A lot of these screw ups happen as night, so maybe its the night crew. Management needs to take a serious look at their operations and make some changes.
