Had them install a new furnace through Service Choice. Upgraded to a higher efficiency system which qualified for a rebate from the gas company. Can’t get these guys to provide a copy of the work order and complete the rebate form so I can get my $$. Guess once they get the cash, they lose interest in the customer service.
Update 5÷2013− They finally came through and i got my rebate.
