Horrible service, horrible attitude, horrible owner. Should have known better, when I contacted the owner first time and he apologized for not taking my call as he had to be at court for customer dispute. Nevertheless, Didn’t show up on the time that was committed, and wanted to reschedule at his convenient time instead of what worked with me. Ended up canceling the order because of his nasty attitude and lack of willingness to work with me. In response, he simply sent me a letter to take me to court if I didn’t make time for installation or paid him some % pre-​installation charges that were due, which were never mention to me.
Although Tyler jumped into action and resolved the situation, the owner is totally unprofessional with zero communication skills. The product was decent, but had nothing that blows your mind. Installation was average, the installer was more so in a rush to go to a party then anything else. Broke one of my cabinets in process of taking out old countertops. I need cabinet replacement next, wouldn’t even think about this guys.
