I placed an order through and elected to pick it up in this store to save on shipping costs. At the order confirmation, it was stated that my order would be ready in 2 – 4 days. At the 7 day mark without a peep, I called the store to check the status. The store did not have my order. Her only advice was to call an 800 number. I repeated the number back to her to confirm. Call the number, nothing picks up. I never did get an email confirmation of the order. The store has no clue. But managed to charge my credit card. Now I need to file a dispute with my credit card company so that I can get a refund. Completely incompetent start to finish. No wonder this company is about bankrupt.

DONOT shop there! Driver decided to drive off with out fridge– after 4 hours on the phone resolution was a 10% coupon and delivery… In 4 days! Worst experience ever! Unprofessional and rude! Would never shop there again. Beware!

Not a good shopping experience. Poor service, prices do not compare to other big retailers. No air on a 90 degree day. Go elsewhere.

Not a bad store if you know what you want and you know Sears carries it. I was looking for a Kensington lock for my laptop. They didn’t have it… or even know what it was. I found the padlock section without any help, but even after asked the cashier she didn’t understand what a lock for a laptop was. I went home and got it online. I’d go back if I need a snow blower.
