Great local hardware store. Joe and JJ have set me on the right path for many home improvement projects. If they don’t have a part in stock, ask. If it’s not in the back room somewhere they can often have it shipped within a few business days. By looking in the back room I was able to get a new old stock Schlage doorknob for a great price and much better quality than you’ll find at a big box store. They also have good knowledge of local contractors if you need advice on who to look for.

Very helpful… Needed a walking cane cut to size, and they took care of me quickly and very affordably. I had a choice of Home Depot or Zummo’s, and yeah, Home Depot has better hours, but Zummo’s was far more professional, friendly, and helpful. It wasn’t a big production to zip in and out. I’ll be back.

Customer Service at it’s finest! Zummo’s walks the fine line between being really helpful and attentive, and pushy. They seem to know when I want to be left alone to find it myself and when I need assistance. They’re prices are very reasonable and are in fact cheaper than I expect every time I go in.
The perfect neighborhood hardware store.

Zummo’s Hardware has been around forever. I grew up in Norristown and my dad always shopped at Zummo’s because he was a local guy. Not the largest store in the world but when you walk in you can feel the history. This business and building has been in the family since the 20’s. They’ll give you excellent service and help you with any questions you have. If you’re not sure of what to buy to fix something, or you need help with a project, well just ask Joe or Joe and they’ll walk you through from start to finish and you’ll have done it right. They’re awesome!
