YoFresh Yogurt Cafe

I’ve been here a few times. One day I walked in at 12:01, and the door was open. The owner, Karen, watched me walk in and told me they weren’t open yet. The hours on the door say open at 12:00 so I told her it’s 12:01 plus the door was open and she said rudely «yeah but we’re not open yet» Is that how you speak to your customers? I then made a face and walked back out and she tried to tell me to wait a few minutes or give me a free coupon after seeing my response. Sorry lady, If you want to run a business be there early and open ON TIME and learn how to speak to your customers. Won’t be going back

Good place, but the employees need to learn that when customers are checking out at closing time, you shouldn’t mop in front of the cash register.

I when there tonight with my daughter and like most of the free world I didn’t have cash on me, after we weighed our yogurt and started eating… She swiped my debit card and said «our machine is not working you can drive down the road to Wawa or the bank» really? That’s exactly what I feel like doing! That’s what I call bad customer service.

Great yogurt spot. Good selection of yogurts. Even better selections of toppings. Love the ones that offer whipped cream. They have to be taking a loss on the whipped cream, it’s basically air and no weight. Employees are nice and you know the management is nice because they’re part of the discount card program from General Nash Elementary (10% off). Good environment and great yogurt. Definitely stop in.

It seems frozen yogurt has seen some revitalized life in recent years, and YoFresh has it just right. A variety of flavors to choose from, which change from time to time, and a good selection of toppings ensure you will be able to have whatever you crave at any time. The staff is very friendly and the place is as clean as it can get for a place that lets the customer prepare their own treats. Great smoothies too!

So good! Very clean, nice employees, the setup is kinda weird but I blame that one physical build of the shop. The look is very cute and fun. Great place for kids.

Very good yogurt with lots of toppings. Indoor and outdoor seating. Staff is very pleasant.

This establishment recently opened in Hatfield and has been packed despite the cold weather. My family came here the other night after dinner and we all enjoyed our yogurt. It’s your typical frozen yogurt shop with bright neon colors, yogurt dispensers along the wall and numerous toppings from fresh fruit to raw cookie dough. The front of the café was crowded but there is a large room in the back which had plenty of space with additional seating.
The workers were very friendly and attentive. They were also offering FREE COFFEE! which was the perfect compliment to the cold dessert on a freezing cold night. I don’t know if the free coffee is a regular thing but it’s the one aspect that allows YoFresh to stand out from its competitors and bumps them up from average to 4 stars.
