Buffalo Wild Wings

We had Jon as our waiter and he was literally the best service I’ve had in months. He was super attentive and checked on us regularly!
We had wings and the buffalo Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese is an old school with real cheese not powdered.
They labeled our wings on each corner of our basket, we had a late lunch so were seated right away. Our appetizer came out perfect and within just enough time between our main meal.
Our drinks were served in a timely manner and we got our refills before our drinks were empty.

Horrible experience. Things started going downhill the moment I walked in. I called ahead to see if they had the hockey game on with my team, the hostess said «I’ll check with the manager» and then got back on the phone and said «yes, its on the big screen» so I hung up and drove on over. I walked in the wrong hockey game was on the big screen and none of the TVs had my game on. I sat at the bar and ordered a drink and asked the bartender to put on my hockey game, she grabbed the general manager and he put it on. I then ordered some food and asked the bartender to put on closed captioning and she replied «no, we can’t put it on», I then asked again and she said «you already asked me that, we can’t put it on». So after that, I told the bartender to cancel my food order. She then fetched the general manager and he asked me what was wrong, I explained that I wanted closed captioning turned on for my game. He responded by explaining how it would be an unnecessary burden on him to figure out how to do it just for me and how it would disrupt other customers. I stated «its only the law» and he got really nervous but hesitated to help. Then he said he would turn it on. He was able to turn on closed captioning just like I requested with little effort on his part. The general manager then followed up by attempting to be my friend and offered to give me my food ordered comped which I accepted. Free pretzels versus a LAWSUIT for violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and my dignity a small price to pay I guess. To add insult to injury, I did get my food and the general manager asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes. He disappeared and never came back. So after waiting more than 30 minutes, I asked the bartender for sauce which she was able to give me right away.
Don’t mess with deaf people.

Holy crap I didn’t expect the wings to be so good. They were big, crispy, and flavorful. I am actually impressed, in spite of the bad reviews. The service was incredibly chipper too. I’d def get wings here again. $ 11 for 10 wings; typical price at a place like this, but I wish it also included celery/​carrots.

After being seated I had to ask for my table to be cleaned. After that it was another 15 mins before I received my drink. When placing my order, I was told the side salad was extra, even though it wasn’t noted on the menu and in the line with the rest of the sides. Also ordered a side of BBQ wings, which I never received. I waited ten minutes to get my check, and ten minutes for the waitress to get the payment. I have been here for an hour so far, and I am still waiting. I have written all this while waiting. I will not be back. SUCK IT BBW!!!

The lemon pepper wings were on point but a lot of the waitress’s were not very good but they have this one waitress name Heather J. She is the bomb if you go you have to ask to be seated in her area or if you’re at the bar make sure she is your waitress her skills will continue to bring you back. Hands down the best waitress in MS. I give this place a ⁹⁄₁₀. Wednesday night karaōke is the bomb.

Waaaay too noisy couldn’t hear anyone or have a conversation. Too much of a party environment for my family.

If u order to-​go your wings will probably be cold. Fries are always cold and gross too.

This place needs some work. I stopped by not too long ago and was enthusiastic about getting some wings. Traditionally, Buffalo Wild Wings has been a great place to eat. As of late (within the past couple of years), however, this place has started to suck big time. The wings were not crisp and the food was overpriced. Furthermore the service was less than outstanding. This place can’t just ride on its past reputation forever. Nevertheless, all is not lost. If they can concentrate on improving food quality (particularly the wings) and the quality of service, they can certainly redeem themselves.

So sad. We love BWW but this location has bad service. At least 5 times we went and were seated and didn’t even have our drink order taken within 20 minutes, so we left. We’ve started buying the sauces on amazon and making our own wings.

Service was young but sweet. There was an issue with one of our orders and she quickly took care of it.
My husband completed the hot wing challenge. His stomach suffered the consequences the next day.

I had a good time here. I was looking for a spot to kill a few hours and watch some football. It’s your basic BWW, with a slightly better atmosphere (college town). I thought that the women would be better looking (as they usually are in college towns), but not here. Still, a good overall experience.

I heard so much about this place and wanted to try it, but there were only 2 locations in the Los Angeles area (West Covina and Chino Hills). I had to move to the South to finally try it.
The HUGE selection of sauces were astounding! I tried the 3 medium levels sauces because I didn’t want after-​burners (if you know what I mean). It was fairly good.

A great place to go for hot buffalo wings. Also a good place to go for watching sports on big screens at a loud volume.
This restaurant is one of a large chain with is a proven formula and high standards for what it is. Sometimes I get it to go.
