When you arrive to a hotel at 2am, the last thing you want is any issues. Well, let me tell you, not only was check in a super breeze, I was greeted by one of the friendliest people I have ever encountered checking into a hotel. I had called about 30 minutes before getting to the hotel to check availability and rate and when I arrived, Jay had all my paperwork done for me and the pet I had traveling with me as well. I was able to get right to my room and got a great nights rest. Jay is the kind of person that could teach a class on customer service! The next time I pass through, I will make Candlewood Suites my hotel of choice.

Very nice hotel for the price. Clean, modern and good size room. Little food mart was great as well as the gym and laundry. Will try to stay in more Candlewood Suites on future travels.

This was a decent enough of a place to stay for a month. The Pros: Megan the young, extremely personal, hilarious, and very smart front desk concierge really made our stay there extra enjoyable. Plus made this place getting a 2 or 3 star into 4 star-dom. The kitchen in each room is perfect. The size of the rooms are great. Free Laundry! BONUS The little store that stays open 24hrs is a great touch. The pool & the hot tub @ the Holiday Inn is yours to use. Their sister companies so its totally fine and encouraged. The grill is a nice touch when staying so long. The Bapa Lounge @ the Holiday Inn is a nice restaurant to have within walking distance. The Cons: The rooms are poorly designed. The foyer light in room can’t shut off while your bedroom lights are on. A big annoyance because its a big glaring light. We had a room on the very top level where our window was underneath one of there outside décor lights that when the curtains were shut made it look like daylight 24⁄7. Annoying when you wake up before your alarm and it makes you think you over slept. The weekly cleaning instead of the daily cleaning pretty much annoyed everyone in our 50 person group. The remote in our room wouldn’t work the entire time we stayed there. Overall It was a good place to stay. When we left the Candle Wood suite it was hard to say goodbye to Megan, because over that short period of time we made a friend. If Megan is still working there and I have to go back for work I’m booking a room there.
