Pizza Hut

Pizza was ok. Service always seems slow at the front area. Have had to stand waiting to just place an order for 20 min then wait another 20 – 30 to make the pizza. And of course the pizza is nothing of what you’d expect. Just sad I used to really love Pizza Hut.

Worst pizza hut I’ve experienced. I ordered online, placed my order, everything was good. Called them to add something to my order, and they kept telling me my order was not in the system. I called back again asking to add something, and when she confirmed my order WAS in the system, she hung up on me. Rude service!!! I know Hattiesburg had bad customer service, but this is the worst by far. I wouldn’t even give it a one star if I had the option.

This pizza hut is horrible. Everytime i come in there is nobody at the front for me to order and i have to literally call to get someone to come to the front. The staff barely speak and act like they hate to be there. Service was very slow when i went and i was the only person in there. All i ordered was a personal pan pizza. Ugh. get it together. I wont be coming back to this one the one on Hardy street will be fine.

Absolutely awful experience! The place was filthy, and the buffet was nearly empty. We had to ask an employee to refill the salad bowl and several other salad bar items. This was my second visit there in an effort to give it another chance, NEVER AGAIN! Whoever the manager is should be ashamed!

Awful. Slow service by a bunch of uncaring kids. Should fire them all and start over.

Bad pizza. Found a piece of plastic in the pie. The portions was all separate. I ordered a supreme. There was nothing supreme about it. The staff was arguing to each other when I was in the drive through. They took the anchovies off the menu. I will never use them again. I don’t mind spending money for a good pizza. Maybe because it was a 10.00 dollar special. I would spend 20 on a good pizza just to get a good one. So disappointed, plus the place was filthy inside. If I were the owner I woul surely do something to get this place back in order before its to late. I’ve heard people going to the buffet in the noon hours complaining that the hated their meal also. I hate that. I live two blocks away and usually love pizza hut over dominoes. The last time I ordered dominoes on 98 west my daughter seen a rat on the counter run through. I don’t know which is worst. So dissatisfied.
