very nice staff, very quick and precise. from the moment you walk in the door to the moment your putting your clothes on easily they make feel comfortable definitely making something that could easily be awkward, pleasant.

Not only is my waxer Angelina amazing at what she does but she makes you feel comfortable as well. The front staff is kind and they always answer all my questions. I used to get my eyebrows done at the nail salon but never again. The wax they use here hurts way less and the conversation is great as well. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly family like atmosphere.

Booked online, no record of my appointment and receptionist tells me to wait around for a half hour so they could «maybe» fit me in. Yea like I’m gonna wait around to maybe get a rushed Brazilian. Get your act together and accommodate your customers.

So happy I tried this location!!! I have been here several times now and I have made this my go-​to spot. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and inviting. I was a little nervous and they did a great job of comforting me. Before coming here I had only been waxed once. I have to admit, I was a little unsure of what I was doing but the girls there set me up with a package that my bank account appreciated. I have been to mulitple waxers and each one of them were great and very professional. While waxing isn’t exactly fun, the team here really knows how to make the whole experience as easy and comfortable as possible. This location is definitely worth it.

Definitely the best wax I have ever gotten. The front desk staff is very welcoming and the waxers are great. Very clean and professional. The staff are all very informative and make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Be smart and buy a package to get good savings, I would also recommend the ingrown hair serum.

The worst eyebrow wax ever. She didn’t listen to me at all. I asked for an arch and just to clean it up a bit. And not thin. Nice and big. I barley had any eyebrow left when she was done. Just 2 thin strait lines. When I was done and got up I realized she had a runny nose and just wiped it with her hand. I would have complained and yelled but your first visit is free and i didn’t have to pay anyway. Can’t believe they would have charged me $ 19 for an eyebrow wax.

I have used the center in Stony brook with great results.
Thought I would try Hauppauge. I was disappointed. The job was not thorough and the girl didnt seem to care. Too quick and not careful. I don’t know if I will bother to try again-​when the other location is Stony Brook has several good girls working there.

If you have ever tried Uni-​K-​Wax, you would not feel as good about this place. The technicians leave you with wax on your body. They don’t remove it all. Uni-​K is A-​MAZING and I’ve given this location 2 shots, but their wax isn’t good. I am an avid waxer and was looking for a place close by. It sucks because the staff is really sweet and accommodating, but the wax does not do the trick. I am forced to drive to Wantagh and head back to the best brazilian (not french) wax. I really wanted to like their results! I wish the girls would have at least removed the wax from my bikini area. That was the first thing I mentioned. Really sweet staff, so thats why it gets 3 stars, or else I would have given 1.
