Starbucks

Great Starbucks location on Route 111 in Hauppauge.
Not one of the largest Strarbucks, But there is some room to sit and relax.
This Starbucks is definitely a high traffic location.
The staff are always friendly and my drink order is always correct.

Not the cleanest Starbucks. Went in the middle of the day (slow period) and it was clear no one wiped down the milk station in hours.

I also been here various times and they have this women to the drive through that always has an attitude. Like a bitchy attitude. You should smile more. Dont be mean. When we placed our order and went to the drive through window i literally waited more than 15 minutes to get my drink. No one came to the window to tell us give us a moment or to collect my money. I was only going to wait 5 more min if no one had come i waa going yo leave and go buy something next door. Luckly they came to the window and collected my money and about 5 min later i got my drinks! Ps it was not busy!

What’s up with the nasty middle aged woman in the morning? I have been going to this location for a while now most mornings and for the last two weeks this place has turned me off. Will not be going any time soon. There’s a woman who has no customer service skills, very dry and stern personality and a monotone voice which is just lovely to see bright and early every morning. Can I even get a «have a nice day»? Nope guess not.
Next thing– Went here after work with a few people on the drive through line that had one other car. When I ordered drinks, the guy repeated it back to me. When I got up to the window. The whole order was messed up. Different sizes and forgot one drink. Here’s the thing. I was nice about it. I got NO apology, the guy just left the window to «fix» it I guess then some girl came to take over. Never introduced herself. I’m assuming she was management because she was reversing the transaction and the guy couldn’t do that. She never apologized. Mind you, we’re waiting a long time now because no one seemed like they knew what they were doing. I gave back the drinks that were wrong. Finally got the new drinks. And the girl has the audacity to tell me that I owe $.29. Twenty nine cents? All their fault, no apologies, took up so much of my time for being on the drive through line and you’re asking me for .29 cents. Learn customer service skills people.

get my coffee or latte everyday its always made to perfection

I love Starbucks and normally go almost everyday (I might be addicted). This location however is extremely unprofessional. This one employee in particular was yelling across the store and I heard her curse 3 times in the 20 mins I spent there. My coffee did come out good, but it was just such a weird experience. The girls were all laughing and being so loud. I couldn’t even stay

This location I don’t usually frequent but when I do the service is always great. I’ve only been to the drive-​through. The staff is friendly and my order is always correct. They are also very accommodating to substitutions. The parking lot is a little narrow but it doesn’t deter the customers. I will be back!

I love this Starbucks. The baristas are friendly, there’s a drive thru, and they make my soy latte just the way I like it.

Very pleasant and speedy service. Drinks made to order and most importantly correctly. We were visiting from Jersey so when we visit my brother again on the Island, I will stop by for a nice coffee fix.

Best service, excellent prompt and professional individuals on staff here. The management must be spectacular because the staff is a good indicator of the higher ups. Clean and you are serviced with a smile and they know your name and what your coffee is. Try them

I just really love Starbucks. Unlike Dunken Donuts who sadly have no vegan options at all and aren’t always friendly, Starbucks has a whole list of choices for me to choose from and if I don’t see something I want they work with me to find something I can eat or drink. The atmosphere is also chill and laid-​back. I see a lot of younger groups hanging out at Starbucks like teens to 20’s.

Nice little Starbucks location. Not much seating on the inside with just a few tables and chairs. What sets this one apart is that is has a drive-​thru and some outside seating. Bright, airy, free wifi, and friendly baristas. Smooth jazz playing on the sound system. Not much to complain about. Basically a grab and go kind of place, or a spot to chill out on the patio on a nice day and enjoy an iced drink.

This is my morning coffee location! Love the speed of service here!
