Yet another very good Starbucks. Was better the second time I went. People are very nice but I have been to better ones. I called 5 – 7 minutes ahead for a box and it was fresh and waiting for me. I just don’t like the traffic as they are in the heart of Smithtown.

This location is smaller than my favorite Starbucks in East Northport on Jericho Tpke but it’s much cozier and inviting than the super small location on Jericho Tpke in Commack. Usually there are lots of people sitting at the tables or on the couches but I have always been able to find a spot. I usually order a skinny vanilla latte and a chocolate or bday cake pop. The cashier once suggested I try the petite vanilla scone (lower in calories than a cake pop) and I’m glad she did bc it’s was delicious! Never had a bad experience here and everyone has always been friendly.

Friendly management and staff that provides great customer service and coffee. Students come in and study making it a professional environment and a great place to relax. There is now more seating than before they did the renovation project. Overall, I’m satisfied how well clean the coffee shop is. Highly recommended for a peaceful place to socialize and make new friends,

This Starbucks employes a lady who won’t give ice cubes on request to lessen the hotness of the coffee. I am a Starbucks regular and I have been to other Starbucks and it is not like this. She is tighwad. Next time, I receive a rejection I will definitely walk out and go to another Starbucks. Lady, you take it easy. It’s not a lot to ask for some cubes of ice. Chill!

Very decent and comfortable Starbucks. Good size with plenty of seating. Staff were a little frazzled considering it wasn’t busy, but I think they were shorthanded. The food and drinks were perfect.

I’ve lived in Smithtown for over 15 years and I’ve never been to this location until last week. This place has a fireplace!!! Other locations need to step up their game! Other than the fireplace, this location isn’t different than any other location. The girls that work behind the counter seem to be local college/hs students.

Typical Starbucks, they serve the same drinks as Port Jeff and East Setauket.
