I couldn’t be anymore unhappy. The arrangement I ordered which is a «best seller!» looked NOTHING like the arrangement that got delivered to my mother. It was poorly put together with different flowers and a whole bunch of filler greens. When I called to ask for some sort of compensation or refund the unfriendly receptionist gave me attitude and said she would look into it and get back to me and never did. Very unprofessional.

Received flowers on V-​day from them, they were delivered, but I didn’t get them until later on that day. My fiancé got me a rose arrangement from them and a smaller floral one. I mean I was excited to just get flowers to be honest :) The large rose vase contained about a dozen mixed roses (different colors) with your typical white babys breath (ALOT of it). Beautiful, but not put together very well. The smaller arrangement was kind random. Some small roses with a large flower off to the side, a giant heap of green (not sure what it was) and then a few yellow (what looks like small roses) strewn about. Today that one is already falling apart. I don’t pretend to know a lot about flowers, but I know a well done arrangement when I see one. Kudos to them for accommodating my fiancé for V-​day, as he ordered them that very day (I know this because he told me). And on a different day of the week, maybe it would have been different. I can imagine they must have been super busy! So I am taking that into consideration as well. The roses are really beautiful, and it’s nice to not get the typical vase of a dozen reds. I am an orchid girl myself :) But anyways. I don’t want to judge too harshly, but I am bummed the smaller bouquet is falling apart after only a day.

I have gotten flowers here a few times and I have not been unhappy. Great looking displays, prompt service and standard prices.
