Awful to work with, and I ended up canceling my order and going with Branco instead.
I needed flowers for a funeral, and called to say that I would give them $ 350 and a list of 35 names, and they should send the flowers with the names on a card. I trusted them to spend the money the right way, and they recommended one large arrangement, although I made it clear that I did not want our flowers to be larger than others, especially those of the family.
They call me back, during a busy day, with their unsolvable problem. The names won’t fit on the card. I couldn’t even talk, I was so blown away that they were going to waste my time with this. I give you 350 bucks, and you can’t solve this problem? Can’t find a bigger card?
I had also left all of the names on a webpage, and the 1^st woman allegedly wrote it down, but the 2^nd woman couldn’t find the page, and insisted that I email them the webpage name after she was completely confused by the «.HTML» ending to a webpage name.
I had no faith that they would get anything else right, so I canceled the order. I called Branco, who was already doing flowers for the funeral, and they made it easy, as it should be. Branko also said one large arrangement would be a bad idea, and offered a couple of alternatives, including some type of garden. I finally told them to just use their best judgment.
This place may even do decent flowers, but I also saw their Unilocal reviews, and they aren’t good, and the Branko reviews were much better.

I bought my wife a dozen roses for our anniversary barely a week ago (10÷6÷15 @ 12:10pm). The greens and babys breath look good still (10÷13÷15), but the roses didn’t even last a week, in fact they were looking poor before Saturday night (4 days later).
Not at all a good way to spend $ 80… And, with no gratification from Steve & co. when I called and addressed this matter, I am very disappointed.
I will take my business elsewhere, as I get better service and flowers from other florists.

Anyone who has ordered flowers here knows… Always gorgeous, Always fresh. Beautiful arrangements. I always let them do what they want and I am never disappointed. Steve knows his flowers! Worthy of 6 stars!!!

Flowers by Steve is the best floral shop in the area! We have used this florist for many many years, but recently my Mom passed away, and we used them to do the funeral arrangements. I was blown away. Talk about TOP OF THE LINE, top notch, classy, beautiful flowers.
If you are looking for a florist, do yourself a favor, spend the extra money, and use Steve. You get what you pay for, and this place is worth every penny.

After doing business with this florist for 20 years, I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and was very DISAPPOINTED and embarrassed. I ordered a «Delux» flower arrangement that showcased a lovely etched crystal vase with roses, lillies and an assortment of other flowers and greens. What was delivered was a tacky clear glass vase with 7 roses, 3 lillies and some fake fall leaves. What was even more disappointing was their unwillingness to credit the $ 100+ charge or make good on the order. Steve’s representative (Patty) was rude and kept insisting I got what I ordered based on Steve’s arrangement with the FTD organization. I had to explain to her that Steve’s arrangement with FTD was not what I ordered, I ordered what they advertised. If I could give them a negative star I would.
