To begin, we entered the restaurant and the entire staff wasn’t friendly nobody said hi. The person at the register was the cooks son who was 16 at best and didn’t know how to enter the food order into the P.O.S. And as we were waiting for our takeout we looked at the bar and saw four boys who live in our neighborhood and they’re only 18 but being served alcohol at the bar(HELLOHAVERHILLPOLICE!). We finally got the food and it was the pits. The sizes were tiny and the meat was rough, the entire mail was awful. This is a one and done for us. We should have known better that the dinning room was empty but the bar loaded with under aged patrons was full.

Very good appetizers. PuPu for 2 was very good and nice to find a Chinese restaurant to eat at vs takeout. Along with traditional Polynesian food that was very authentic like PuPu Platter, fried rice, etc., their Schechuan items like Kung Pao, Gen’l Gau, Sesame Beef, etc. were also very good and relatively authentic. Not Chinatown but not bad for the suburbs. There were a lot of takeout orders while we ate there and the bar seems to be a place a lot of locals go.

Food has been hit or miss lately. Mostly miss. I think they care more about bar business.

Won’t go back ever! Never give bad reviews but have been totally pissed off from the food to customer service. Very sad. Was a good business and lost mine! Won’t bother with the details! Go to Han Garden and ask for Tony! New sushi bar going in and best drinks and food!

This place is ok. I’m only speaking for delivery. I’ve never eaten inside, so I can’t comment on that. We placed an order and the women said 35 – 40 min. We didn’t receive it for an hour and 15 min. When we finally did, the food was luke warm. The food itself is ok. My husband really likes their food but I’m not that happy with the crab rangoons. They’re mostly cream cheese. I’d think it took so long because everybody must be ordering out because of the Market Basket situation, but this has happened before.

Ordered off the lunch menu last night and was so disappointed with the quality of the food and service. When we called they were unfriendly and kept saying it was $ 2 extra for ordering after lunch hours and for substitutions, and I was fine with this. However, the quantity was much less than during the lunch hours and the General Gao’s here is overcooked and tough. When we picked it up they were rude again to top it off. Too many other alternatives, we wont be back.

There are two owners or at least two women mgrs one is nice but can’t say that about other. Take out Is a mess after ordering Thai fried rice veggie without eggs and repeating 3 times myself and her repeating the order 2 times still got it wrong. Come home there is chicken and shrimp in it and they were hidden at bottom so when checked before leaving the rest yes I did that I could not see it. Did not get white rice with my curry chicken. Rude manager said since we order fried rice she assumed we won’t need the white rice which comes which curry chicken and paid for. Unbelievable Previous incident when took our friends with us they had their 5 year old daughter and she innocently ask for kids menu for her daughter and the mgr goes«ma’am we r not chuck E cheese». Very rude FOODISOKNOTBADNOTEXCEPTIONAL. NEVERAGAIN,

Never would have thought this place was good… I just had low expectations. But I do agree with a poster below, the delivery can be a little spotty. But the sushi and food is really good. I get Roll A or super deluxe rainbow maki and it has never once not been really fresh and well rolled. Their chicken wings, crab rangoons, yang chow rice, happy family. best chinese I have had in a while. I get my food to go it’s sort of small in there.

THEE worst place ever. Not even exaggerating. The worst service, the delivery guy does not know how to get places or how to speak any English. The guy did not have any change and insisted on keeping bigger tip because if his lack of change money. I am so disappointed with everything about this place. The sushi did not taste good and the once that were supposed to be warm, very freezing cold. Do NOT reccomend. P. S. They refuse to give a copy of a receipt to customers

This is a nice Japanese/Chinese/Thai restaurant close to home. I like their sushi bar: fresh and full of variety. One of my favorite dishes is the Mango shrimp, also the Japanese pancake. They have a full bar and dining room. The décor is… different! Holy bamboo Batman! The owners and waitstaff are most friendly and will make every effort to satisfy your needs. Very clean and plenty of parking. Extensive polynesian drink menu.

So this place has gotten completely rehabbed(as much as a small place can) since it was Han Garden. Having spent a nominal amount of time here whne it was the Garden I have to say I was really impressed by how nice it looked. Popped in for a quick beer while waiting for my laundry to finish(booo to the broken washer) and ended up order dinner for the fam. From what the guy sitting next to me said the bartender was brandie new, but right on point with a cold beer at the very minute I put my bottle down on the swill mat. She was funny as heck too. Food; Orange chicken was really, really good. Dumplings not so much. House rice and noodles were equally satisfactory. Overall not bad, I’ll have to dig a little deeper in the menu and write an update.

this place is where Hans Garden used to be before Tony moved it to downtown Haverhill. and, i’m breaking one of my rules in reviewing a place that’s only been open a couple(maybe fewer) weeks but i’m giving it three stars based on only two of the dishes i tried. first, the place is pretty nice, but small, inside. and it’s so new that you smell polyurethane before you smell any food. they got a Tiki Hut thing going on. we started with Unagi Lollipops, Ribs, Scallion Pancake and Egg Rolls. the lollipops were Very Good. Unagi and some other stuff wrapped in cucumber. but if you’re gonna call them lollipops at least put them on a stick. the egg rolls are what every other american-chinese place around here serves, and they weren’t that crispy. the ribs had good porky-flavor but i had asked for them Well-Done(i actually said ‘Burn Them’) and they were just cooked regular. the scallion pancake was a disaster. it was tough, chewy and without much visible scallion, i think they way over mixed the batter. next up we got the Twice Cooked Pork and House Lo Mein. the pork was the standout of the meal. nicely done. the lo mein was another story. the noodles were over-cooked and gummy but it tasted OK. oh, and we also got a Hot & Sour Soup that was average. so, for those Lollipops and the Twice Cooked Pork i’m throwing them three stars. i’ll be back again after a few more weeks and see what they’ve become.
