If I was writing this review on the doctor alone I would give Eye to Eye 5 stars. Dr. Melissa Risoli was amazing! She was patient, thorough and tried several contacts to ensure my vision was perfect before I left. The reason I am rating Eye to Eye 2 stars is due to the front desk staff, who was extremely rude, short and obviously don’t know what they are talking about. I asked to purchase 2 boxes of contact and the receptionist helping me, I believe her name was Maria, charged my debit card for 4 boxes. I was also told by Maria that there would be a particular dollar amount covered by my insurance company for my contacts, however I received a bill 4 weeks later for that exact amount. When I called after a week to see if my contacts had arrived, I was rudely told, «We called you Saturday to tell you they were here!» When I went to pick them up, I waited over 7 mins before I was even acknowledged. It’s sad because I REALLY liked the doctor, but I doubt if I go back due to the front desk staff.

I hate this place. Every single time I schedule an appointment, I end up waiting at least a half an hour before I’m seen. It’s so unprofessional. People are encouraged to make appointments so that they’re not kept waiting, and the staff here do not care. The staff and doctors make multiple appointments at the same time patients come in and they take whoever in whatever order. Not to mention, some of the staff are so overweight, they have to squeeze and shift to get into the rooms. If you value your time and money, do not come to this place bc they sure as hell won’t.

I can’t imagine any place that can do it better. Every aspect of their process is done with great skill and professionalism. Dr. Berger is simply amazing. He will devote as much time as necessary to dealing with patient’s needs, and that can be quite complicated with contact lenses. Further he is always current on developments in the contact lens and eye care field. Lastly, it’s nice to go to a place where they actually pay attention to you and your needs.

Have been going here for many years. Recommend highly. Personal service by the same staff year after year. Thorough eye exams and lots of assistance in picking out glasses. I wear contact lenses and Dr. Berger is always up on the latest advances.

I chose to go to Eye to Eye after getting some recommendations via a Facebook post to the Lower Merion network page. I’m very happy with the choice.
The staff was very helpful in working with me to determine how best to apply my eye insurance benefits. The eye doctor, Dr. Berger, was knowledgeable, precise, fast and just an all around very nice person.
The contact appointment is pricey ($ 78 and not usually covered by most insurances); it’s a bit pricier than my old place in Blue Bell, but not obscene. However while that is a bit pricey, the contacts are priced at the same rates as 1800contacts so I’ll surely order through this office in the future. Plus, I was able to easily apply my Davis Vision benefits which almost completely covered a 6 month supply of 2-​week contacts!
The only complaint was I had a long wait, about an hour after my appointment was supposed to begin. But I think that was unusual because an eye emergency case walked in while I was waiting.

Dr. Berger & his entire staff are the best. I received a very thorough exam with state of the art equipment & everyone is nice. I have been going to Dr. Berger for almost 15 years now & trust no one else but him when it comes to my eyes.
Dr. Berger really does a great job explaining your choices when it comes to choosing the right contacts. I will never go anywhere else for my eye care. Thanks Doc.

Dr Berger and Dr Abraham are very fine dedicated professionals. I always enjoy coming because I trust them and like them personally. You will not be disappointed. you will be delighted. They have onsight area for glasses and you can try out different pairs of contact lenses until you find the right ones.Bravo.

Today I went this office for the first time OMG what a god send I have VSP –insurance which they accept and let me tell you Michelle is a doll very helpful friendly and will apply all your discounts if you have insurance or great discounts if you don’t have insurance. This is my new place go to place from now on.
