They do NOT have good customer service. I got my nails done here yesterday and wasnt satisfied with the design… i left without telling them hoping that at least my friends will like them but everyone i met told me it didnt look good… so i decided to let them know n called them. i spoke with the lady that did my nail n told her i didnt like the design n the first thing she says is i’ll give u ur money back. i, was thinking to myself. shouldnt she ask what she can, do for me instead of just saying i’ll give u ur money back?? Right there i was disappointed… but i just told her no i was wondering if she can just redo it for me she said just come back tomorrow. so i did. which was today… so i go in with a good attitude hoping that i’ll just get a new design that i like today. as soon as i sit the first thing she says is it cost $ 10 to remove the gel. so i was like ok u didnt say anything yesterday but watever. i really didn’t like the nail so i was willing to go through with it even if i had to pay the extra… but she goes on saying just remove it here n get ur nails done elsewhere. what???ok she doesnt want to deal with customers period!! i got really pissed off n, told her fine.
I paid $ 45 for gel nail which looked ugly… and when her customer wasnt satisfied with the service she didnt try to fix the problem. which was what got me pissed off. im never going back here even for cosmetics…
