Burger King

We frequent this Burger King for ease of convience and great food. This location has a team lead or supervisor who works the late night who is becoming irritating everytime we order food through the drive tru window. We visit this location at least three times a week late at night. Son is off from work at 11:30pm and decides we wants BK for his dinner.
We tend to order the same menu items which at times have coupons and this team lead or supervisor makes it a point that we MUST show him the coupon everytime on our phones. No other Burger King or employee during the day or night ask for the coupon ir to view it except this one employee.
The hispanic manager is very welcoming and polite with amazing customer service along with the other staff.
This guy who I dont even know his name is I think middle eastern decent. I will get his name the next time we visit. If he continues to ask for this coupon I think we will have to stop coming here. Id rather pay full price for food at Jack in the Box, where they will at least remember who we are after so many visits.
At first we thought it was cute & funny how this guy would ask for this coupon, but now its come to the point where its frustrating as heck.
He ask if we would like kitchup or bbq sauce evertime, or any sauce… Everytime we tell him we dont want no sauce, you’d think he would stop asking or remember us by now.
To be continued another day. Maybe the sales reciept might have his name on it. Picture of the reciept coming soon, its inside the car and really cold outside to retrive at this moment.
I gave BK one star tonight because I had no other choice! Honestly It would have been a negative 1– on my books.
To keep this fair… When we visit this location at any other time I would give them a 4+ star rating!

Good burgers. Good strawberry shake. Good service except tables needed to be cleaned. This is our regular location. Outside under remodel but restaurant open.

This is a decent location. I like all of the employees; my favorite being the lady R., who is always kind. There is one short Mexican who is a jerk, but I haven’t seen him around in a while. The place is usually quite clean (a big feat for a fast food joint and has a respectable atmosphere. They are good about honoring coupons (even ones I found out were expired for over 2 weeks) and not messing up the order. Granted I have had my orders messed up numerous times; in all fairness I went in 60 times in a month and a half, so the occasional errors are expected. All in all this is a great location to stop by.
EDIT: Now I know why I stopped going here. Another two wrong orders.

I had not used the restroom in 7 hours and I had drink like 6 cups of water, a soda, dinner and desert.
Thank you so much, it would have been difficult to wait till I got home.

The drive through has always been quick and easy. The cashiers will honor your coupon and not charge you either for more condiments. They have always got my take-​out orders correct.
Went inside to dine in (was with my 70++ year old mom) and that was equally pleasant. Our food was brought to our table — I always am surprised by that in fast food places.
It IS fast food and I gotta say, the advertisements must be using model stand in or stunt burgers and bread because they don’t come out looking like that at all.
All in all, I was happy that they honored my mom’s coupons and request for NO ADDED salt on the fries. Got the «Satisfries» and I am personally happy that this option is available for those of us who need help with portion control.
The dessert option of Apple pie would be difficult to eat in your car while driving — needs a fork!

More like Burger Gangsta! I don’t like hearing gunshots outside while eating an overly dry burger. However, if you do want to eat here, sit by the window for a great view of Korean ladies in minvans almost run over pedestrians for parking spaces in front of the nearby Korean market.

This was an okay place. The cashiers take their time and keep customers waiting there awkwardly, but they’re nice when they finally decide to take your order, Getting anything with chicken at Burger King is not worth it. I wanted to use a coupon where you can buy chicken tenders and get a free drink and fries. 5 pieces chicken tenders would’ve been $ 5! Not worth it at all. I ended up ordering a chicken sandwich, the texture of which was carpety and dry. yuck! Also, the coffee cup size really is small, unlike the larger «small» cup sizes at McD’s or Wendy’s. I’m better off going to those other places! I also thought the placement of this Burger King was awkward. surrounded by Korean stores? BK was really out of place!

I seem to have really good luck with fast food places… I don’t normally review them because they’re so cookie-​cutter and exactly the same as the rest, but every once in a while one will stand out with something especially good (or bad). This place definitely is one of those, because the service and workers were *amazing* as far as making me feel welcome and like they wanted me to be there. Lots of smiles and small friendly conversation helped with that.
I ordered a mushroom swiss burger, a western bbq burger, and a large drink. The western bbq burger was ready right away, but the mushroom swiss was going to take a few minutes because they were grilling the burger patty fresh! Oh, what a world! My day was ruined, dashed on the rocks below. Not really, that’s just something you deal with, so I stood around to wait! They kindly informed me that they’ll bring it out to me when it’s ready, so I sat down instead. True to their word, they brought it out a few minutes later AND gave me free fries for the wait.
I was pleasantly surprised with the service and all of the niceness perked my day up a bit. The value was good, the food was tasty as far as processed fast food goes (don’t know why my swiss cheese seemed half-​liquid even when not melty hot, but that’s one of those questions you don’t ask). If I’m looking for a quick lunch in the area again, this experience may sway me to come back!
