Cheap Carpet Cleaning Los Angeles

I called these people to clean my carpet (small one bedroom) and the main problem I have with them is that they promote a price and a service that they can’t deliver. I lost the night before they come emptying out the Appartment, lost 2 hours the day of coming from work and letting them in and another hour after putting the furniture back. All that for a very questionable carpet cleaning where most of my stains are still there. I am very disappointed, lost 65 $ 4 hours of my time for a mediocre result. I don’t recommend these guys.

Update: I spoke to the office today and was promised a call back, nothing yet! I also noticed that they completely ripped the bottom of my couch when they moved it around! Despicable!!! I have posted a picture.
I’m not sure how this place earned so many stars thus far, but I used their services for the first (and last) time today and all I can think is what a waste of time and effort on my part.
When I called and got a quote I was very specific about what I wanted. I was quoted $ 59 dollars for a steam clean that would shampoo the carpets and since its «steamed» the carpets would dry within 3 hours. I explained that we have a one bedroom and most of the furniture would still be there so there wasn’t much surface that needed to be cleaned and I was told regardless it would take about 45 minutes to one hour.
When the gentleman arrived they told us that they were told by their office that it would cost $ 90 dollars. I told them to double check because I was quoted $ 59. He got the confirmation on the price and started selling me on why I should deep clean because it’s safer etc. I specified that I didn’t anticipate to live here longer and we just want the traffic stains to be washed out. We had ZERO deep stains, no spills etc. all we had were simple traffic stains that go away with dishwashing liquid and a towel I just figured it would be nice to have someone do it for us. Once we declined the many offers that were being sold to us the tone changed completely. We were told that they’d be done in 20 minutes. My husband and I stepped out and got a call in EXACTLY 20 minutes! I can’t even vacuum the apartment that fast.
So we paid the guys and came home a good 8 hours later and the carpets are still wet… I’m not sure how that steam was supposed to work but this was the longest 3 hours of my life and the carpets look exactly the same. There was zero shampoo scent from the beginning and in 20 minutes I honestly don’t even think they tried. If I wanted someone to wet my carpets I could have just done it myself! If the price is not worth the while of the company they should never offer such services I am beyond disappointed. This was not my first rodeo I’ve had many carpet washes in the past but it’s the very first time I’ve seen such a botch job, I should have just followed my instinct and asked the gentlemen to leave when they kept selling packages to me. I just didn’t think what I’d get would be sooooo different from what was promised when I called and made the appointment.
I don’t recommend this company for the carpets at all. I think that they were dishonest about what they offer and bank on selling you more once they are in your home. I feel like I paid someone to just wet my carpets for me. I’ll be sure to call them tomorrow as well but for now I am pretty livid. Based on what I got today I can’t imagine the customer service will be any better but we shall see.

Me and couple of friends had a small party couple of days ago and one of my friends spilled red wine on the carpet in the living room. And got on the page of cheap carpet cleaning Los Angeles so I decided to call them for a quote and a lady names Jessica gave me the quote for a 3 bedroom cleaning so I booked them for the following day. They came, they did what they were suppose to do and left. I paid them 215 $ for the cleaning and bought them pizzas. Thank you very much for the perfect service
