The tacos weren’t that great… Pretty plain no flavor in the chicken or carne asada which was also cold and dry. Seemed like the same person who took my order(and cash) also made my food. Don’t know how I feel about that.

Update: went here again for the third time cause i really liked their kabob. I called in for a pick up he said 20 min. Itll be ready. I came 10 min later the man says its not ready. I said sure i mean i did come in 10 min early… 15 later my food was still not ready. The owner noticed this and he offered my free pineapple drink which is actually pretty good. And he also gave me another kabob free of charge. Talk about customer service! I’m giving them 4.5 stars because of their kabob and good customer service.

Just paid 6.50 for 90% rice 10% carne asada burrito! Might have been good if I could have tasted the meat,

So let’s get this straight — this is primarily a fast food mexican joint. It only has 2 Persian food items on the menu. That being said, the food is of very high quality, especially the Persian kabobs and ground meat. The Mexican Food is also excellent. There is limited seating so call ahead and get your food to go. Plenty of Parking.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closed down soon. They don’t deserve to be called a legit taco joint. Chicken meat is very cheap meat. My theory if there ain’t no smoke coming out it ain’t legit.

Great food and wonderful service! The owner was quite amiable and struck up a conversation while we ordered and waited. Turns out he is half Persian, half Mexican — hence the menu! The menu is fairly priced and clearly/nearly labeled. The locale is spic and span — it was readily noticeable how clean. Small but efficient — loved the atmosphere!

Terrible food, low quality meat, super greasy. They didn’t have most things on the menu — only tacos and tamales. I spit out my taco. The tamale was whatever. Won’t be coming back.

This new little corner spot is sooo good! The meat is tender and seasoned just right! Best taqueria in town. Now I have to try the Persian food! Mexican and Persian! Who’d a thunk!

Good service, tacos not so good, too greasy … and not so much of great flavor, price is too high for the size of the tacos

This new spot is the best place to get some authentic Persian food in the Hawthorne area. The owner was very welcoming and hooked up the food. The koobideh was perfect and came with a huge portion of rice, grilled tomatoes & bread. They also threw in some fresh mint, butter & sumac(seasoning for the meat) to top everything off. Excellent food & service, my girlfriend & I will be back soon!

This was completely delicious. I will remember to request things if I’m wanting them a certain way, however it’s always nice to try something you’ve always liked a little differently. I’ll be back again soon! Thanks for the pineapple pina Fred! It was refreshing.

Delicious! I orders tacos al pastor and one de asada with the agua de piña. The meats were so juicy and tender! Good amount of meat per taco also. Got the chance to meet the owner who is really nice! He had us try his delicious carne con chile verde they use for burritos, very tasty. Can’t wait to go back and try their Kabobs(:

They don’t deserve not 1 star… I ordered Carne Asada Fries to share with My Boyz… Can I say disgusting… The fries were not thoroughly cooked. How do u mess up a sime dish? They’re was hardly no asada, no beans, no guac, no salsa… Won’t order from there no time soon or ever. I try to give folks a chance. Maybe this isn’t their specialty.

This hidden taco stand hidden behind the fish market on the corner of Hawthorne Blvd and 133rd St is a great new spot to check out. I got a carne asada burrito that was quite enjoyable. The asada fries were fantastic. Definitely going to come back again to try the kabobs.(Pictured is the carne asada fries)

Best food, was driving on Hawthorne, saw the Green, and red umbrella with a big taco sign, tried 4 different tacos, one better than the other, also got a chicken, and a beef kabob to go, that was also the best kabob around. I will highly recommend the place.

I was going to Louisiana Fried Chicken… but I saw Tacos and Burritos. Shit changed my mind. They just opened 2 weeks ago. It looks clean and they are very friendly. I order 2 burritos and 2 liter cokes.
