I made an appointment for an in home estimate. Dispatched told me someone would come between 5:30 and 730pm on a Tuesday. I waited at home, the guy never showed, never called. The next day I called 3 times to ask for an explanation, each time I was told I’d get a call back. Finally a few days later I got a call back from someone who said Quick Floors was going through a «transition period» and that’s why they couldn’t handle the work load. This person said he’d have someone from Sears call me. That never happened either. Don’t really want the free home estimate anymore considering I’d never hire them.

Quick Floors USA was recommended to me by a friend who had a very difficult wood floor install.
Owner, Mike Gael, provided wonderful service as did his team — which had my floors done in one day! I found Mike to be honest, knowledgeable and extremely conscientious. His team worked hard and did a fantastic job. I love my floors — they’ve completely upgraded the look of my home.
I would definitely recommend Quick Floors USA and use them again myself.

Great SERVICE! Quick installation. They were done in just one day. They were able to lay this new floor over out old floor which saved us both time & $$$$!
They’ve done my floor at home and at my work and both are beautiful.
They have also just installed my aunt’s floor and did an amazing job matching the new laminate with her existing hard wood!
PLUS I GOT A COSTCO CARD out of it!!! Yeah!!! Now I can literary shop til I drop.
