RCA Flooring

It is regrettable but my experience with RCA Flooring was quite unprofessional and I will never call this contractor for any job. I called them twice in December 2015 for a hardwood floor repair project. The project may have appeared to be a small one but the truth is that it would have been a high cost project involving putting a subfloor before the repair. I gave all repair information on the phone including my address and I was told that they would «call me to send someone out». It’s January 2016 and no one had called me and no one came out to my house for repair! I know that December is a busy time but I would have preferred if they said they were too busy to take my project. I would have called another contractor. It is not acceptable to make a commitment to a customer then just disappear. If they treat (what they thought as) small jobs that way, how can I trust them with a big job?

Our contractor said such glowing things about you to replace our entryway and dining room that needed to be replaced due to water damage. We currently have our entire floors upstairs and downstairs with hardwood floors. You ensured our contractor that the unfinished wood would match our present wood and with stain a definite match. WOW! What a LIE! It is soooo from so far our present floors that we hope our guests and relatives won’t notice. Our contractor believed in you and your installer who was rude and took my Granddaughter’s beach bucket for to his stain and varnish because he was unprepared with supplies and tools. He didn’t even ask. What about using my balll point pen for a right angle and a level. How unprofessional and unskilled for present day! As soon as we have some more money we are taking out this abortion and going to a reputable business. I do not blame my contractor at all because he was trying to get a good price and quality ecause he was trusting you. But one thing is to SCAM and get you to believe that the supplies and installer would be right on. What about right OFF! Be cautious with them they are too busy to get give you a cheap price and Everything else that goes with it. I live in Manhattan Beach and expect better quality even if I would have had to pay a little more. Ignore this outfit if you have any pride in your house.

My parents loved RCA. Thank you Unilocal!RCA gave the fairest quote, over 100 sq ft less than what another highly rated Unilocal flooring company gave for their estimate. The son (of the owner?) was the person who gave the estimate.
My parents bought a place that had half the flooring in hardwood and the other half was carpet. They wanted to rip out the carpet and put in matching flooring. The guy was able to pinpoint the approximate year that the existing hardwood was installed based on hardwood flooring trends. Who knew hardwood floors had trends!
After ripping out the carpet, the base flooring underneath wasn’t completely even, so the workers meticulously laid down very thin spacers onto the base flooring until the floor was completely even before installing the hardwood on top. This attention to detail was noticed and appreciated.
My folks are hard to please and my dad has decades worth of experience in running properties. The fact that they were extremely happy w/​RCA is the biggest compliment any business can receive!

RCA is the best! I had several carpet companies come out to my place to provide quotes and RCA not only beat every other companies’ price for the exact same carpet, they installed it in a timely manner and were extremely neat. Next time I need any flooring done, I will only have to make one call to RCA. Thank you guys!!!

I have been working with RCA for a couple years now and have nothing but great things to say.
I am a property manager for over 40 properties all over Los Angeles, and can always count on them for timely replies and quality workmanship. I’ve hired them for tile, laminate, wood, & carpeted floors; My team and I have always been more than satisfied.
I must stress that the reason I keep doing business with them is the professional attention that they provide. It’s the small details that the larger manufactures lack, that keep this vendor in my contact book.
If service like this continues, I plan on doing business with them in the near and far future.

My wife and I recently purchased a 4 unit in lawndale and were shopping around for new flooring company to work with. RCA came in to be top of our choice. For our project, we had to remodel 2 bath with tile, 1 kitchen with tile, living room with laminated flooring and 2 bedrooms with carpet. Carlos our sale was able to work with our pricing and our schedule. We were also truly impressed by the quality of their work and their professionalism. For example in the middle of our project, we noticed after they had finished installing our laminated floor that a board wasn’t cut well, Ramon our installer had their guy reinstalled that whole section so that every single piece of the floor was flawless. Ramon also made sure that our kitchen moulding and living moulding have a perfect transition. We are truly impressed. We also very happy that we can support a family business in our area. We would definately use them again. Thanks Ramon and Carlos and their team!

I always passed by this spot in my city and never gave it much thought until we had some remodeling work that needed to be done around the house. We ended up getting a quote for blinds that was ridiculously cheap. The person who installed our blinds did a great job and was friendly and courteous. I’m definitely going back here whenever we need future work done for the house.

I have used RCA Flooring for over 20 years! They have performed hundreds of jobs for me and i continue to refer them to clients, friends, family etc. They can assist you with your rentals, estates, houses, commercial properties and one stop shopping does it all. Flooring, floor tile, blinds, carpet, wood floors, moldings etc. They are a good loyal family business and I will continue to use them!

RCA was recommended to us by a friend. We were so pleased with them… they are great to work with. Great prices. Can recommend them without hesitation.

After much investigating about the big box stores, I decided to go local. We went in and picked out carpet for all the bedrooms. Then went back a week or so later to pick out laminate flooring for our family room. Quality work, affordable, and great people. It is a family run business. And a great family they are!
