Rob M’s Personal Training

I’ve known Rob for a couple months now and he is very knowledgeable in the field of fitness and martial arts. As a trainer and pro fighter myself I’ve learned New things that have helped me personally. Excellent trainer look no further you will not be disappointed.

I’ve known Rob for some time now and I must say, he is one of the best. I’ve worked with instructors all around the world and know what a bad trainer is as well as a good one.
Rob is very patient, knowledgable and all around great guy. He’s just as good at teaching kids as he is adults — from complete beginners to advanced students at striking, Krav Maga, self defense, fitness and a great CrossFit enthusiast too! Highly recommend Rob!

I trained under Rob for Krav Maga, as well as Muay Thai and personal fitness. He is extremely knowledgable and technical. He will show you what you need to do, make the best corrections, and improve your technique and fitness. Rob knows how to teach to large groups and was always ready and willing to work one-​on-​one.
He is highly recommended. Every time I worked with him, my knowledge increased. He cares about your growth as a student. Also, he will help you with things such as nutrition and lifestyle. Some other trainers aren’t nearly as dedicated as he is. Always upbeat, Rob will inspire you to dig deep and push harder. He makes you not want to quit. Understand that I trained with Rob for two years. Great instructors are a rare find. Each class is engaging and different from the last. Don’t think twice about working with him.
