This place blows! Car In front has been at the ordering screen for 5 mins and they still haven’t taken his order! Worst Starbucks in L.A.

Would give this place negative stars, if it was an option. Everything takes five plus minutes longer than it should and even then there’s a relatively good chance your order isn’t correct. The mobile ordering here is a joke. Arrived six minutes after placing the order and barista said the order just came through. NOPE. She just forgot to check. I understand the stress of a rush(I used to be a barista), but there’s no excuse for consistent slowness, and overall lack of service

Two guys working very hard and one lady not helping them. But they did a great job and were very nice.

Slooooowesssssssst inside and outside service. No pep in the step or hustle in the muscle. This place isn’t near as busy as some, yet, it is incredibly slow every time now. By an airport no less… no sense of urgency. This local could increase sales I am sure if they would hurry it up.

Staff here is friendly and they are all working but there is zero hustle in this place. Eight people in front of me when I walked in. 20 minutes and still waiting for my order. Yes there is a drive through too, but even then there shouldn’t be this long of a wait.

Worst Starbucks ever. Waited over 20 mins for a drink. Staff does not know what they are doing. Sad.

Drive thru lines are long but that’s ok since this is actually one of the Starbucks that has a drive thru at least where I live so it’s good! You can’t expect it to be empty but any who, the service was great the cashier gave me what I asked for and wasn’t rude. I think people are just cranky specially at a Starbucks because they are on the go and haven’t had their coffee ! Give these location a break Unilocalers! I order 3 drinks and a breakfast sandwich which was great.

Decent Starbucks location. Always busy including weekends. The drive thru wait time can be lengthy(5 – 10 minutes) if you’re in a rush. Plenty of parking and it’s right off the 105 freeway.

This has to be the slowest and worst Starbucks in Los Angeles. All of the employees move slow and walk around with attitudes. Oscar who works the morning shift has a very nasty attitude and needs to really re-examine a better work ethic. I had to report his nasty customer service to his manager this morning. I hope he gets himself together of leave the customer service field.

Drinks are great I just order caffe mocha all the time and use drive thru. BEWARE of drive thru if you come at 11:20pm until closing. You might not get attended. I came at 11:26pm and thought it literally took them 30 mins until I got my order! Why? Because they like to waste time at the end of the day! They would take around 7 mins just to take 1 order! They say *brr breaking up* * brshh I have brshh some technical difficulties* BUTTHATSJUSTSOTHEYWASTETIME and other people behind you waiting for 25 mins may not get their order because it is closing time! Happened three times to me! Once I was the last customer! Other times, I was the person who they took 8 mins just for 1CAFFEMOCHA. I recommend coming earlier or else no Starbucks This Starbucks may advertise new items(seasonal drinks) but won’t have any available! I am not saying all advertised items but some.

I rarely crave Starbucks because I’m not a coffee drinker. Decided to stop for a caramel frap. Every time I’m in this area, this Starbucks is packed. Tonight was no different. The good thing is there’s a drive-thru. The bad thing is… everything else! Poor customer service, employees were slow, and the attitudes suck. This location next to the freeway is likely a bit much for anyone who doesn’t want to be bothered with customers.

If I could give no stars I would… It took 30 minutes to get through the drive-through. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and a spinach wrap. My spinach wrap was smashed and lukewarm and once I finished my wrap, I took a sip of my coffee and it was ONLYMILK! I can’t… All that waiting for milk and I was already gone, couldn’t go back and I was tired at work with no coffee for the rest of the evening… Thanks Starbucks…

Rude drive thru staff… Ordered a spinach and feta wrap warmed up(obviously) and gave it to me cold! Asked for a certain drink and didn’t even know what I was talking about. Not coming back

I ordered a tall gingerbread tea latte and waited 30 minutes in the drive thru and there were four cards in front of me. Then, they got my drink completely wrong. The worst part is they didn’t have the gingerbread tea latte. To say I was pissed is an understatement.

Uhmmmm 1 year later and they are still the slowest EVER!!! Seriously, I just grew white hairs all over my body from the long wait. WTF! And they mess up the orders! Mind blown… And not in a good way.

This Starbucks has bad customer service. I decided to go thru the drive thru and I’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes? How is this possible? Only 3 cars ahead of me? Slow slow slow slow!!!

Wow. I don’t typically leave bad reviews because I intentionally Unilocal places that are above 3 stars. But I never expected a Starbucks establishment to have such horrible service The few positives I can list are. The Starbucks is somewhat clean and the staff is courteous. That’s it. The problem. THEWAIT&MENU This is not a people problem. This is a PROCESS problem. Somewhere along the line, there is a lack of understanding the importance timely customer service. It took us 20 minutes in the drive thru from ordering to receiving my order. That is unacceptable given that the line was about the same length as other Starbucks we regularly visit. Secondly, 2 of their«holiday items», which were being advertised on their menu, were not only available, but apparently, they don’t even carry those items according to the cashier. Then why put it on the menu for customers to see? Again, process not people. I won’t continue. These are the main issues. I hope management will consider reading into these poor reviews to gain insight as to how to fix this problem.

Up-sides to this place, is 1) their drive thru 2) open until mid night. I used to frequent this place when I’d have to pick my husband up from work at 2 a.m. Although they close at mid-night, I’d usually get there between 1030 and 1130. I understand that the workers are probably eager to leave, however, my drinks were never consistent. This particular time, I asked for a venti ice caramel macchiato, with an extra shot, and extra caramel. When I received my drink, ¾ of the cup was filled with milk, and didn’t look or taste like they added my requests :( My husband also ordered a drink with an extra shot. He got off early that night, and needed the pick-me up for our road trip, but the coffee didn’t do anything. To update and get a better review, I’d need consistency.

I come in here ever so often whenever I need to get some homework done. If you come in early morning(6am-ish) you’ll always find a table open. Come in after the morning rush, you’ll find an open table as well. The staff is pretty friendly I’ve found, so that’s pretty cool too. I’ve noticed some people complain about wait times at this location, but if you’re ordering a drink that takes more than 3 words to describe… You should have some patience. My only complaint about this location, is that there’s only like 2 plugs in the entire store that you can use. What’s worse is that the SAME people camp out at these spots for HOURS, day in day out too, so that sucks. Overall, if you have to get some work done, this isn’t a terrible place. Just bring a pair of earphones to drown out the noise if that sort of stuff bothers you.

The worst I ever been to!!! Idk who manages this place, cause they are certainly not doing a good job. I just left, waiting in the drive-thru line for 30 – 40 mins for a Frapuccino that was water down, with the ice melted. So basically, I should of just got the drink over ice. I paid $ 6 for this drink and this is what I get!!! Wow
