I’m giving it 1 star due to I came in today 2−9−16 I placed an order with a nice man Thomas he was making sure my order was correct since it was a large order his letting this rude girl Pumaine girl know and in front of everyone she start yelling at him you already put it there why are telling me again.. 1st of all I come here often and this is not the 1st time she’s been a big b! x%/ to him If I would of been me I would of slap the Holly s#/\! Out of her she needs to be able to approach coworkers in front of customers! !!!

Welll at 638am the scruffy guy taking orders isn’t listening when it comes to hearing the order. He immediately assumes that you don’t want any extra shots, pumps or maybe whipped cream. Maybe he needs to listen before he writes a totally incorrect name and see what else the customer wants before he rushes to put the cup down.

This location has the absolute worse customer service. I went in this morning to take advantage of my birthday Reward and had to wait at least 5 minutes before the guy at register asked if he could help me. He didn’t care that there were at least 5 people in line he continued to(seemed his actions were deliberate) take his sweet time affixing labels to the ’ 3 ’ cups’. After taking my order I stood patiently 20+ minutes waiting on my drinks. After watching several customers take came in after me leave with their order I approached the counter inquiring about my drink. The wait staff at this location is very mouthy and really in need of customer service training. In the past I have used this location quite frequently as it is minutes from my work location. I’ve expressed concern on a couple occasions about the lack of customer friendly attitudes /service as well as not come to this location for a few months in hopes that things would improve. Wrong!!! After this mornings experience I will not come to this location again. I will find another location that is willing to take my money with a smile and provide customer service without attitude and making me wait 20 – 25 minutes(it wasn’t crowded). Do yourself a favor and spend your $$$ at another Starbucks. Thank me later.

I absolutely love Starbucks! This location just gave me the worst experience of all time. The cashier,(didn’t get her name) was acting so unprofessional while taking my order. She forgot my order twice while saying it nice and clear. As I waited for 10+ minutes, people who ordered before me got their drinks and I didn’t mind much. I supposed that my drinks were up next. Until I seen that they stopped making drinks and I still didn’t have my drinks. I told the barista on the bar how I was missing my drinks and she said«well there isn’t cups written for that order you just mentioned». I pulled out my receipt and she said, «I already made those drinks.» I told her how the other people had ordered the same drinks and she still questioned me right after I had shown her my receipt! She asked the cashier and the cashier still looked confused as if I never had ordered!!! At that point I asked for a refund! They are so unprofessional, unhappy and lazy! I made them give me a refund and while they were giving me my refund they said«We can make it real quick» and it made it even worse because if they would’ve been that diligent when I placed my order I wouldn’t of had such a bad experience! Please pass your job over to someone who actually wants it!!!

Cool Starbucks I stop at daily for my coffee on my way to work. As a gold card Starbucks rewards member I have a personal card I can reload money in and order online before I get there. The lines are usually long in the mornings but since I use their«Mobile Order & Pay» app, I preorder and pay while on my way and BAM my order is always ready when I get there. Never have they gotten my orders wrong and some of their staff is EXTREMELY nice.

It’s hard to give a Starbucks a not great review since they are usually pretty consistent. The service is slow at this location and the Strawberry refresher was made incorrectly. I am happy to have one so close to my neighborhood though.

So incredibly slow. 15+ minute wait even if the line is short. Drinks are not made very well either and they don’t even fill the cups to the top. Hopefully this Starbucks will see everyone’s bad review and finally do something. I live down the block and would love to frequent this location if they would step it up!

Very bad service, really long wait. Age average in the back is roughly 50yo. Had to wait 30 min for my drink. Everyone was complaining about the long wait. And instead of trying to make the orders faster they were laughing and taking they sweet a** time. I’ll Never will go to this Starbucks again.

So if you know me you know LOVE Starbucks, from visiting the first Starbucks all the way in Seattle to always exploring the menu for my next favorite drink. Yet today I experience the worst Starbucks drive thru experience ever, thinking twice of actually going through with my purchase. As I drove up I experienced a longer delay, after my hello towards the speaker box I was surprised to hear a rude«WAIT» I felt as if I was an inconvenience for that particular barista, a long pause after another barista responded with«sorry, I’ll be with you in a bit». Moments after the prior barista resumed to taking my order, in a rude manner only replying with ok, $ 8.40. Driving away I commented to my passenger how rude she sounded as I was surprised myself. Upon reaching the window I was shocked when the first words I was welcomed at the window were«DIDYOUJUSTCALLMERUDE!!!» Shocked I admitted and said no more, at this point I felt severely uncomfortable. Ending my experience and not wanting to keep her vibes I simply ended this horrible experience with a God bless to her. Great coffee in the filthiest establishment. Almost like being in a Third World country. Except the Starbucks in Mexico City is much cleaner. The bathroom was a health hazard.

I recently went through the drive in window but I needed more ice for my drink so I went back inside the store. I was told I would have to spend at least $ 1 to get a cup of ice! The manger Melinda recommended I purchase a banana for $ 1…really. I told her that was crazy and asked for her district manager name of Chris Cowell 424. 731.1823. I called him and he too told me that was his store policy. I explained I am a regular Starbucks customer and I spend a lot of money on specialty drinks. He insisted that was store policy. I have been to several Starbucks locations and Hawthorne is the only time I was refused a cup of ice.

I hit this location twice while on Jury Duty. The first time I got an iced Americano and it was clearly burnt. The next time I got an Iced Caramel Macchiato that tasted like it had sour milk and perhaps Right Guard speed stick added for one of the worst tasting drinks I have ever ordered from Starbucks. Thank God I have no need to come back to this location any time soon. The only reason why I am going to give this place a second star is because both times I paid this place a visit, the staff was friendly.

wonderful customer service from Daniel! I’m very indecisive when it comes to ordering. He suggested some drinks and I had the best Soda ever! it was fresh and it had a zing to it which was fun for the taste buds. I like this starbucks I feel very welcomed when I visit and that’s important! to feel acknowledged and have your drink made with love and a mix of Frazberry? I think that’s what was in the drink.
