Excellent spot. 1) Came here for the breakfast. 2) Got the breakfast special with grits. 3) Very comfortable atmosphere.

I was very disappointed by the customer service on behalf of the owner. She is rude and lacks a fundamental concept of humility. I ordered a side of bacon and it never came. When I asked about it the owner accused me of not ordering it. Regardless of her misunderstanding my food never came. However, their Latina waitress, Sama, is the friendliest and has exceptional customer service.

Perfect breakfast spot. Portions are huge. I like that you can either choose toast or pancakes for no additional charge. Service is fast. It feels like your at you grandmas house when you step in.

I have driven past this place for years 1000s of times, no exaggeration. Ive never stopped before because there are diners right near my house and by work so this is along the way. So Sunday we decided to try it. The place is small and has a very old school diner décor and feel. There was plenty of parking and no wait so we stayed. I tried the 2 eggs special. This however is the first spot in Jersey Ive noticed grits in the special. Choice of hash browns, homefries or can you believe it, grits. For me, I’ve eaten grits many times in the south because I was stationed down there and for college, but most of us «Northern» folks are like straight out of scene from My Cousin Vinny asking what is a grit. Anyway I ordered eggs overlight with ham and grits and couldnt have been happier. Kudos to the extra friendly wait staff who kept my coffee hot and full, plus the coffee cups were giant. I found my new spot for breakfast and my only regret is I never have stopped here before. We had 2 breakfasts for under 20 bucks and in a great place. On a side note there were lots of plants on the windowsills that reminded me of my youth at nanas house. See pic. I highly recommend for breakfast.

We have just been driving around and spotted it. A very clean place very friendly place. My husband got the French toast which was absolutely outstandingly delicious. I got the gyro and it taziki sauce is off the hook! Linda our server was very very polite and the food came very quickly and delicious. The ice tea is simply divine. we definitely will be back.

Nice quaint diner. I thought that because of the size and appearance from the outside it would have a limited menu, but they have one as extensive as any diner and the food quality is pretty good. It has a nice homey feel and our server Linda was really friendly. She’s been opening and closing the diner for the past few weeks starting at 430am, working a full time job, then closing at night at 10pm and you wouldn’t even be able to tell.

Triangle Diner is small and simple; no frills. Not 24⁄7. Menu is relatively expansive and standard diner fair. They have good breakfast which is all I’ve had. Lots of omelette options and delicious home made waffles. Service is quick, food is good, place is clean. I see them wiping down the the tables and chairs with clorox and lysol every time I’ve been here. Only problem is I think they have a temperature control problem. It’s always on the warm side here. Whatever though.

I am sorry, but on which planet should one waffle for a child cost $ 9? Also, the«special» fish sandwich was tiny, tasteless and I am not sure it was really flounder. I wanted to enjoy this place but it is downright rotten and way overpriced.

Not bad, standard jersey diner. Its a bit small though and the parking lot is even smaller. If you are in the area it is not a bad option but we prefer the Gotham Diner.

I’ve been to this diner quite a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. I recently ordered an open-face turkey sandwich which was very good and it was a generous portion. It came with excellent soup(the best I can remember in a long time), home-made, and another generous portion. The employees were pleasant, the environment is clean and the prices are good to excellent. I recommend you try this out. For the prices they charge, it is an excellent place to dine. They have a good special for eggs, toast and potatoes. I tried the generous portion of salmon they provided and it was fresh, nicely broiled and tasted very good, not fishy. This can be hard to find in a diner. Note that not all price changes are on the menu. Before ordering, ask what the prices of the items you’d like to order are, if you are concerned about prices.

One of my favorite places to have breakfast! The breakfast is always good here, sorry this is all I come for. It’s small, but quaint and cute. Staff Is always friendly. Sunday mornings it gets packed after church so expect to wait a bit.

Great for breakfast. Try the pancakes. They are so good they don’t need syrup. In fact the pancakes remind me of elephant ears pastries. If you want to sit and talk they will not rush you out. We were there on a Saturday morning and the regulars came pouring in.

Despite living just a mile away for 40 years, I came here for my first ever visit. It was a Saturday at 12:45pm. I was given a seat near the entrance which is more confined than the area along Wagaraw Road. I ordered speghetti and meatballs which came with soup and salad. Only chicken noodle was available because of a big snow storm last night and light foot traffic today. The bowl of speghetti wasn’t gigantic but it was proportional to what one person can be expected to eat after having the soup and the salad. Dessert was part of the meal and I choose chocolate pudding. I listened to slow 70’s and 80’s music. Lots of Olivia Newton John tunes here today. The amount of banter among the regular customers and all the staff is amazing. It almost serves as a kind of senior center which is socially applaudable. There’s no fancy decorations or theme nor a television to be seen.

I came back again(my second review) for my birthday with my friends and they were once again very compliant to my vegan choices and said they could offer me sauteed vegetables with potatoes. Staff was awesome and even the patrons that were there that day were friendly. I just wish diners in general offered soy milk and vegan butter. The only con is trying to get in the parking lot with the confusing traffic but that is not their fault.

DONOTGOHERE. my company has given this place so much business over the past couple years and the woman that runs the place is rude almost all the time, only gets our orders right half the time, and the food is not even good! we only kept going because it was so close to pick up from when we wanted something fast. One time they messed up and gave us the someone else’s order, then was rude when we called to tell them, and asked for the food BACK when we came to get the correct food… and most likely gave us food that had left the building already too-and some of the order was still wrong. Also, my stomach is usually pretty uneasy after I eat anything here-and it smells weird inside too.

One of my favorite diners hands down. Been here a ton of times. They make a great breakfast. I usually go with 2 eggs over easy, beef sausage, homefries, and toast. They have the usual extensive diner menu with everything imaginable. It’s a somewhat smaller diner, but the service is great and its got a nice retro vibe like many diners. Highly recommended if you’re somewhat close to the area. I’d stack them up against any other diner hands down.

Welcome back in time to a world in which… just kidding. This is an old laid back diner which tries to keep the older type of 50’s vibe. General diner food otherwise, go for the old.
