I wouldn’t let them touch my truck again. They told me my windshield wipers needed to be replaced when they are only two weeks old and then they over filled my trans fluid by a quart. when I called to tell them they over filled it the manager John told me well it was low when it was here. So I had to pay a real mechanic to remove the extra… Never again at this location…
After my bad experience I posted a review within a few hours I was contacted by valvoline andThere customer care department after speaking with the regional manager the situation was resolved quickly. thank you valvoline.

Personable staff. Quick service. The only complaint I have is how difficult it is making a left out of their driveway. Almost impossible to do.
Other than that. It’s a blessing having a Valvoline only a few minutes from my house. Will definitely be using them until I move away from the area.
Love the wacky waving inflatable arm flailing tube man. He’s got some sick dance moves. I could learn a thing or two.

I come here often based mostly on the location. The only thing I don’t care much for is driving over the hole in the middle of the floor. I’m always scared that I’ll drive right into it. The work is done quickly, even more so if there are two other empty bays at the time. Workers have been personable and helpful although they will push products that you can use but not necessarily need quite yet. Don’t be afraid to say no since they’ll suggest a service just once and then they will move on. They did once, warn me that my battery energy was low. I didn’t believe them since I bought it from Sears only a couple of years ago. It died relatively soon after.
