My first time with them was great, manager and staff friendly and helpful. This second time, new faces. ehh old crew was nicer and seemed more knowledgeable. Reviewed my contract pointed some things out to rep, she assured me it was fine. Went to car, then came back to make sure because I had a funny feeling again, she assured me all is well. Today I get a call saying I’m 2 days past due, I explain what the rep told us upon sign up, rep on phone laughed it and said, no it was due 2 days ago. Not apologetic just very«matter of fact». I apologized for the inconvenience, she again reminded me of the payment due. Not a big deal, it just bothers me that they can tell you whatever is convenient to them at POS then later act like its no biggie.

The Good: Compared to their competition, prices are a bit more reasonable and merchandise quality is better. The Bad: These people will blow up your phone with«payment reminders» even if you have already paid.

Very bad service! Mark does not have a handle over his business! Very unorganized. Delivery and pickup windows are so large(4 – 5 hrs) but when you ask for a courtesy call when the driver is on their way, you are told, can’t call or guarantee they can call! I do business with other rental companies but never heard that they can’t give you a courtesy call! Everyone is busy and work and need to have a better idea of time of arrival. There are not that many decoration rental places in my area or I would never use Aarons. Sadly as a customer when you express your feedback of their services, Mark and his team actually turns around and blames the customer for all issues. I have never heard them say… sorry our bad. How can it be the customer when I have many customers who say the worse about Aarons’ services to me and most of them say the same thing so do the math; who you think is the problem??? Mark hopefully you read this review and do something about the way you run your store. Don’t forget, you are in the customer service business and happy customers will continue to return and feed your pocket and your employees so all of you can have a job and stay in business!

The delivery men were so nice. The refrigerator we got didn’t fit through our kitchen door. So, they made major adjustments and got the fridge in. They were very kind. I wish I would have gotten their names but they were awesome! Thank you!

If I could them zero stars I would! I rented from Aaron’s a few times and up until now had nothing bad to say about them. However, this time they sold me some used couches that were infested with bed bugs! The sad part about the situation is the district manager Jason does not give a crap about his customers. He is refusing to come pick up the couches because he is trying to find any reason I’am the cause of the bed bugs. After their inspection along with orkin the bed bugs are only in the couch. No other part of my house or furniture. Now I’m under the impression I have to dispose of the couches on my own!

rude, poor customer service, and dont help walk in customers! ! all need to be re trained, even the GM Mark dont care and let them BE disrespectful even when he get his complaints. .the money is not worth the headache. .re TRAIN entire store!!!

2 ½yrs ago I bought a 73″ Mitsubishi DLPTV thru these people. It was fine for the first few mos. Then it started, the TV would shut off all by itself. They did nothing about it till I didn’t pay them. This went on for the 2yrs of the contract. They’d have a company come out n fix it only after I refused to pay them, every couple of mos. Finally at the end they replaced the TV with a used one. This time the bulb lasted almost a year. That was April 2014, I’ve been trying to get them to make good on THEIRs or Mitsubishis warranty,(the bulb has a 1yr warranty), but NO we’ve been at it for over a month still NO bulb, finally had to order one. Their customer service is nonexistent. Miss a payment date and at 8AM the next day they hound you till you make a payment, but when its on them forget about it, they’ll do something when they have to. This company might be OK but this store SUCKSASS. Joseph the person I’ve been talking to has no clue, if he’s even made an attempt to help. If you want rent-to-own go somewhere else, a different store or better yet RAC in Tracy.
