This was my fist time here it wasn’t bad for my first time nice lady when I walked in she was helping out another client and it was just her and she helped me rite away she took her time doing my nails which I liked that she wasn’t in a hurry despite that she had to more clients waiting I will return if my nails last

Love coming here! Friendly customer service. Best pedicure and nails, you’ll walk out happy. I’ve gotten acrylics nails here and Cindy does them in such a way that they look natural and not bulky. I’ve gotten compliments and people have asked me if they were my real nails! That’s how good they are.

Okay this place isn’t fancy or frilly… no bells or whistles… BUT the ladies are nice and friendly which makes up for the«beauty» the shop lacks. Nancy Vo you rock!!! After a very scary and disappointing experience at NUME it was nice to be treated with such professionalism. My new set of tips look GREAT! The price was amazing. I will be back. :)

I was picking my dogs up from the groomer next door, and they weren’t quite done. I was thinking of walking to the Starbucks on the corner when I looked in and saw empty pedicure chairs — so I stopped and went into Cindy’s. I’m glad I did! The shop is small with only 2 pedi chairs and a couple of manicure stations, and there were only two ladies working. I think it must have been close to closing time, but the lady was in no rush. Seriously, once of the best pedicures I’ve gotten in a long time. Don’t expect frills here — what you see is what you get. The gal turned on the Mizzou football game and we watched that while she gave me a super relaxing, super thorough pedicure. …The kind where you’re so relaxed you have to remind yourself not to fall asleep. $ 18 for a pedi. Bargain.

HATEIT!!! i had gone to this place for a long time! maybe like a year after they opened so, it was a mighty long time like, 5 or 6 years! and was very happy until… i had gone in for a gel fill and i had all 10 squares stamped so, i was entitled to a free fill(which was another reason i kept comin back!) and i didnt tell her about it until she was done and i handed her my card and she had the NERVE! to tell me, «this isn’t for gel, only for acrylic» and so, i looked the card over and i told her, «well, if you can show me something in writing that it states that, then i will have no problem payin but, if you cant then i get it free» so, she calls the owner and from her tone… she was ticked!!! and hangs up and says, she said to give it to you free shes the boss, whatever…” and i said, «yes, she is the boss… keep reminding yourself that!» and gave her a nice tip like i always did and said, «hope you enjoy that tip because it is the LAST one you get out of me!» and i havent been in there since!!! and if the owner is reading this… i think you know who this is i will never be in again!

I really like Cindy’s Nails. Mostly because they open earlier than most of the other nail shops(9:30am) around and that they take ATM cards. It used to drive me nuts to have to stop for cash for my old shop plus this one is super close to my house so I don’t have to drive all the way to Oakland anymore. It’s a really small shop but if you go in real early you can get a fill and pedicure done in about an hour and some change max. I’m not sure about the wait during the middle of the day but if you get there in the morning business doesn’t seem to pick up until after 11 am. Their prices are reasonable and they have a variety of good nail designs but I usually end up creating the design myself. I am super picky with my nails and they are real sweet about trying hard to do exactly what you want. It’s also close to the shopping center at the corner of Mission and A Street so as far as location it’s easy to pop in, get your nails done then go do your errands. 4 ½ stars to Cindy’s Nails.
