EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! We have used R&S in the past because of the stickers placed on the doors throughout the building. I WAS very impressed by the workmanship and fair pricing we received (As one of the jobs was after hours 4:30 am to be exact.) We will be using AJR in the future for all 5 of our properties.

I find it unconscionable that a company would stealthily send someone into a shopping center and rip off the «PULL» signs from every store and then send someone the next day to put their pull signs with their phone number and address and an unreadable LIC#. This is out right vandalism. There was no asking if we wanted their sign AND I have never used their service AND I NEVER WILL!

This company was called for an emergency job that should have taken 2 – 3 hours tops, but instead it was more like 8 hours. The result… A HUGE BILL in the thousands of dollars! The cost/​price was constantly requested, but not given until the final invoice was generated. Customer BE WARE of this company and it’s quoting or should I say lack there of quoting and billing practices!!!

I work as a receptionist for a local logistics warehouse .
From time to time a new forklift driver will run into one of our docking doors and we need to get it repaired fast and get back to up and running. A service man named Jamie came out the first time and another by the name of Armando the second time. Both were efficient and professional. We will be using them again in the future
