Julia’s review is pretty accurate. There was only one guy working when I went to get a shirt made today. He did not look up from what he was doing until I got his attention to ask a question. I showed him what I wanted and he kept showing me a different design that I was not interested in. He seemed to struggle working the computer, which I found odd since the computer does a lot of the work. He helped other customers and pretty much left me hanging. Guess I will drive the extra miles to Newpark Mall to get a shirt made.

My wife and I have returned to this kiosk a few times over the past year. This review partly focuses on our visit on Saturday. : There are many more designs now than there used to be. In addition, 3 guys now run the kiosk(only 2 did not too long ago). All the guys are friendly and attentive. If there’s anyone ahead of you, though, be prepared to wait 10 or more minutes before really being helped. You should also speak clearly if you want something unique done(the guys here are bright, but they can’t read minds).
Inconsistency: It would be nice if there was a price menu. $ 20 is a common price, but my wife was charged $ 45 once, and $ 49.05 another time(you’ll be charged more if you need to buy a large shirt– I believe the biggest shirts available here are 3XL). In addition, tax is sometimes added, and sometimes it’s not. Receipts also double as coupons. They’re good for 15% off(your next visit), but my wife was given a 27% discount on Saturday(that’s cool, but it illustrates how prices are kind of random here). My wife bought the shirt at JCPenney(instead of $ 22, she would have otherwise been charged closer to $ 40). A young guy came by with an idea in mind. He was told that he could get what he wanted for $ 20. The guy was excited about that and said that he would come back. : The T-shirt was ready after about 15 minutes. My wife was hungry, and so she went to eat(while it was being made). The guy working on the shirt also did(after he was done), and the other employee was still gone(he took a long break). When we returned here, the shirt was on the chair(I was tempted to snatch it, but held back– the guys were comfortable leaving the kiosk unattended because small security cameras were installed months ago). My wife had to wait 20 minutes for the guys to return(after a while, I left with our son). What happened was annoying(the guys should coordinate their breaks better), but at least the T-shirt turned out well. There are no major issues(what happened on Saturday had a lot to do with bad timing), and the employees here do quality work.
