The store Manager DZ is fantastic! I’ve been to all of their store locations and overall my shopping experience here was great. I was greeted within seconds of walking into the store and was asked if I needed anything and often asked if I was looking for anything special great service. What I love about Fitters is they have a large variety of different things from pants, shirts, hoodies, socks, fitted caps, snapbacks etc.

Came in to exchange a beenie I bought for my boyfriend for Christmas. My receipt reads that I made the purchase on 12⁄2. I was told I had 30 days to exchange items. I’m now told haedware is final sale and it’s been longer than 30 days…“that’s just too damn long” were his exact words. Today is ¼ and I was out of town for the holidays. I’m over it. I said I don’t want the beenie and left it sitting on the counter. I told them I will never be back and walked out. I’m over it. They just lost a customer over $ 22.50.

Damn I’ve never seen a store with so much variety so much swag n so little nonsense i was helped through the whole time i was in the store these guys will help u find something that isn’t even in the store all i say is whenever i need a shirt hat or socks fitters is where ill go.

So it’s Christmas time and I am shopping for my hubby, went into the store and asked to look at a watch. It was very nice but not exactly what I was looking for so I asked if they had anything else at a different store and the guy pulled out a catalog for me to look through. I found the perfect watch asked a few questions and left my information for a special order. Well come to find out it was out of stock & back ordered(it was close to Christmas) but the guy who called was very nice and even tried to find the watch at a non-affiliated store. I give the store and it’s workers 4⁄5 stars bc they have always been nice every time I go in there with my 20 questions & they always have a smile. If u go into a store acting rude u get rude back.

Alright so yesterday morning I went here just to look around, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by the salesperson which was friendly, polite and asked if I needed anything. He showed me the deals/sales they were having which was not that bad and I ended up buying a pair of team(Raiders) beanies. Later throughout the day I came to realize that one of the three pins that was included with one of the beanies I bought wasnt the right team(it was a Seahawks pin). I thought well no big problem I’ll just go tmmr and exchange it. Welllllllllllll the next day I came back in to try and exchange it and was introduced by another salesmen, who looked lazy af and didn’t even make an effort to get off of his seat. I told him about my situation and asked if I could exchange it. He was quick to reply telling me that they have a no refund/exchange policy. I told him that I wasnt trying to return or exchange the item I bought I was just trying to exchange the pin that YOUR store fucked up on. He then just repeated himself saying the same excuse like he couldn’t do anything about it. REALLY? I CAN’T REPLACE A PINTHATYOURSTOREFAILEDTOREALIZEWASTHEWRONGONEFORMYBEANIE? Smh. I then left the store cause I realized he wasnt going to do anything about it cause he was still in the same sitting position in his chair from when I got there. If your a small business trying to make profit the first thing you or any company should ATLEAST have is decent customer service, it only takes one of your employees to ruin your reputation and today is exactly what he did. It’ll definitely be the last time I go there. I was planning to try again tmmr but judging from the other reviews I’ve seen I’ll just be wasting my time. On that note, DON’T BUYSHITFROMHERE! They don’t even know what team pin belongs on what beanie.

Whenever I stroll around Southland Mall. I walk inside this store. Besides having Sh*t load of good, maybe decent selection Snapbacks, Snapstraps or The Hundreds Clothing. But the People who work their have a Lack of customer service. This Store is mainly for HYPEBEASTDOUCHEBAGS!!! … besides good Mitchell and Ness hats out their, I never bothered to buy anything their. Nothing special. My money is not worth to support this buisness and their douche bag HypeBeast employees and store managers!!!

They’re just downright rude in this store. The first time I went into Fitters there were 2 men just standing around the cashier desk. NEITHER one of them asked me if I needed assistance. Instead I approached them in which one of them gave me one-line answers w/out eye contact– like I was bothering HIM! Since they are the only store in the mall that sells Crooks & Castles clothing I proceeded to make my purchase here… Fast forward to a few days ago. Different reps– SAMERUDESERVICE! What is it with these guys?! I also get this vibe like they’re judging you as soon as you walk into the store… granted their items are a little high end for urban wear, they act like they sell Louis Vuitton or YSL in this store. Now I don’t even care to glance at this VERYSMALL boutique. I would recommend anyone thinking of going here NOTTO and go to Macy’s or Stoneridge Mall. –end of rant
