Dass Tailor

Great tailor! It’s run by a nice older couple. I brought in my pants because they were too long and even though he said it may take up to a week to fix the length, they called me 3 hours later stating that my pants were ready! Great job! The nice gentleman was the one who took care of my pants and I’m guessing his wife takes care of women’s tailoring. Recommended!

I used dass on two ocaisions to have alterations done to my wife’s Coast Guard uniforms. As you can expect, military uniforms have to be perfect, and Dass Tailors did a perfect job and at a great price.

I do NOT NOT reccomend this place. They held onto my material for 3 months, they kept telling me 2 more weeks. I do not live in HAyward and so to go is alot of trouble for me, and sure enough everytime it was not ready!
They dont seem to be in order, or have good business skills.

Absolutely terrible. They clearly did not appreciate my business and I will not be coming back.
I have recently lost a bit of weight, so I had a whole bunch of dresses to alter in various ways and jeans to take in. I mostly dealt with the lady; I think this is a husband and wife run shop? Anyway, she was nice
enough as I tried on my clothes and described what I wanted done with each. She quoted me a price that was more than fair and hesitantly gave me a time estimate. She did say they were very busy, but I asked to at least get the jeans done quickly because I wore them often. She said okay and promised to call as my clothes were ready so I could pick them up in batches.
A week later — no call. I waited a bit longer and decided to just go there since fortunately I live just down the street. I think maybe one pair of jeans was ready at that point, but for the next month I had to drop in once or twice a week to see what was ready. They were always telling me to come back Friday, then Monday, then Friday again. And they never called me, not once. It was very frustrating.
When I finally got everything back, most of the alterations were decent for the price. Except for the jeans of course, which they decided to take in with two crappy darts on the sides. I could have done that myself.

I droped my clothes off for 1 entire month! He did not complete the task and when went to go pick up my clothes he cursed at me for no apparent reason and told me to get out of his store and refused to finish the task. But the horrible part was not only was he disrespectful he held on to my clothes for a entire month. Which left me 3 days to get my clothes tailored for MY SISTERS WEDDING! I was really sad and upset and till this point I dont understand why he was so disrepecful and RUDE! =[

Great service. Great turn around time.
I had to get pants altered for a wedding happening out of town. I was leaving for the wedding on Saturday and I brought the pants in on Tuesday. He had them done for me 3 hours later for a super price. ($ 10).
I love this shop. My only nit would be they are cash only 9at least no CC’s), but that’s minor in scheme of things.
I will take all my alterations here, and you should too. You won’t regret it.
