N.Y. Pizza sold me. Chef told me 15 minutes, took 35. Got pizza home and crust was partially raw, mushy and unusually difficult to chew. Topping was standard. Do yourself a favor and walk 50 feet north to Roundtable.

This place sells«NY pizza». OK, I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza. OK. Just OK. Thick cheese, but not that good. Crust not thin as real NY pizza. Just a cheap knockoff. BTW, this really is NOT a pizza joint to eat at. It’s really a liquor store. And oh yes, lots of porn around before you get to the pizza ordering part. And knives and switchblades. The porn is the funny part for me. Wow, now they’re really expensive. And who buys magazines when in the internet they are… all over the place. I digress. We’re here to talk pizza but somehow those things still grab your attention, despite the fact they were wrapped up.

Reviewing for pizza by the slice– they’re open late, near my house, and give me huge slices of pizza, I’m sold! It takes a few minutes to heat the pizza, but it’s delicious and cheap. It’s family owned and they’re always very friendly.

eden’s also houses new york pizza in the right corner. eden’s may have been closed at one time but it’s open now. signs all over the liquor section cite hayward ordinance limiting single bottle sales of beer. thus, none available. only some 6 parks. no 24 oz beer bottles of any kind, microbrews only in 6 paks. grab a starbux frappé chocolate bar(3.25) tasted just the coffee. costs about the same. 2 stars for no big bottle microbrews.
