Fast N Cheap Smog Station STAR CERTIFIED

This guy does not deserve your money. He is here to help out his friends and nothing more. After waiting for 30 minutes while he chatted with one friend, another of his friends drives up also wanting a smog check. He has the audacity to tell me that because my car is older he won’t be able to test it until after his buddy is finished.
No concept of customer service at all. Go down the street and get your smog checked at one of the infinite number of his competitors.

This place saved my life! I realized I needed a smog just days before my registration was due. I called in yesterday and the guy (didn’t catch his name) who picked up the phone told me to come on in to have my car serviced. As soon as I got there they took my car and got to work. I only sat for about 20 min before he came back to check me out with a Passed Smog test result and the information was sent to DMV in less than 24hrs, pretty fast! He also added a discount when I told them I found them on Unilocal! Yay! Very happy and satisfied customer.

I’ve been to this place about 3 to 4 times within the past 2 years, each time with a couple of months in between the visits, and every single time I’ve been greated with hospitality. Even when the main guy, Son, isn’t there the people he leaves in charge are just as good and it’s cheap. Everything they do is fast and plus if or when your car fails he explains to you what you have to do or why specifically it failed. I recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to find someone reliable.

My 93 Integra was due for a smog check and I decided to come here because of all the great reviews. The guy working there was nice and told me it would take about 20 minutes. My car passed and I was out of there in 15! I ended up paying $ 60 which isn’t bad. The only thing is there isn’t much parking, but it wasn’t a problem for me. I will definitely be back!

Their service is fast. However, it is not really «cheap». Some smog check stations in that area offer around $ 25 coupon price plus $ 8.95 certification fee, but theirs is $ 49.99 for total.

With all the excellent reviews, how could I resist? Called in first, they were friendly from the get go. Took care of business quickly and excellent price. Was in and out and on my way. Will bring my car here again for next smog and tell my friends for sure. Guy who did smog complimented me on my car. Thanks to both guys for the quality customer service!

I went here because of the great reviews on Unilocal.The service guy, in his mid-​20s, is good. The wait was longer than was estimated by them. It’s just OK, nothing spectacular. I’ve experienced better. I am not coming back.

Awesome place to get your car smogged by super nice and honest people. Called ahead, and the guy said come on by and quoted me $ 60 for a smog on my ’06 Honda Pilot. (a couple years back, I paid at least $ 100 at some other place)
Drove up as he was just finishing up another customer, and after a short 10 minute wait, he was able to get my car smogged in about 15 – 20 minutes (a lot of it spent talking about children, as he has a young one at home)
Hassle free, no BS. Just a cool and reliable place to drive in and get out in no time. I’ll most definitely be back when my vehicle is due for another smog.

2006 Acura MDX smog was due. I have been to another place but wanted to give this place a try due to the Unilocal Reviews I read. Nitty gritty — the place is the 3^rd of 4^th shop in from the street. Not many parking spaces available at 3PM in the afternoon but pulled right up to the open garage in one of the available spots on the left. The tech (name I can’t recall) asked if I needed smog — told me about 15 min as he was finishing up 1 car and pulling in another. I waited in the car for about 10 min and the tech/​owner walked up, sat in the seat and took the car straight in. 10 – 15 min later I was out of there, smog done, payment done, a short personable conversation. I got there at 3:05 — I was outta there at 3:35. Some seating outside although not a lot. If you’re just there for a smog then this is the place to get in and out. If you do get hungry, there is a Mexican food joint (Tacos Urupan) that is about a 1 – 2 minute walk away. Smog check… and grab a taco. I’ll bet the Taco may take longer to make.

Great customer service. I came in late and he still smogged my car. Only took about 10 minutes and great price ($ 50 including certificate and electronic send to DMV). This is definitely the place to go to smog your car!

As promised I gave this guy a 5 star review, this is a guy who is making a living to feed his family, it’s a small shop, his price was right up there with the big guys and 20 – 30 cheaper then others in the area. When I got there I was the focus as well as my smog, he is a great conversationalist as well as doing what he does with excellence, he makes a 15 min visit seem like it was 5. I was in and out very quick with my paperwork, next time I smog this guy will be it… YES please give him a shot for your smog business, no upsell, no gimmicks, no bull

Great service, quick in/​out, reasonable price. Mention Unilocal and he’ll drop $ 10. off the price. Open til 7 pm Saturdays; closed Sundays, but he’ll come in on special requests… where do you see customer service like that anymore!

Loved it here. True a car smog is only a car smog, but this guy is social and makes you feel comfortable. Very fast, probably only took 5 – 7 minutes even though he said 15 – 20 minutes, which was a big plus for me.
His price is very good, and honestly i will say ill be coming here for all my smog inspections.

I needed to get my car smogged but didn’t have much time. This guy was a really nice guy, was quick and if you mention you seen this on Unilocal he gives you the deal for 39.99. It is in the same little complex with the pet food a couple doors down. It’s definitely worth your trip to give this guy a try !

I took my car here for a smog check and they only charged me $ 29.95. My car failed the smog check and they told me I can come back in 30 days for a retest for only $ 10.
It’s true, it’s fast and cheap. They’re located alongside Industrial Boulevard past Huntwood and they’re on the right handside after you make a U-​turn. Just follow the sign and they’re like the 3^rd garage door as soon as you enter the driveway.
