Zoom Auto Transmission Center

I was advised to rebuild my transmission system to fix a vibrating problem. A second opinion revealed that I merely had low steering fluid, a problem that was solved for about $ 6. Absolutely unacceptable.

I had never been to this shop before, but when I started having some car problems, a friend recommended this shop. I’m always hesitant when using a new place because of all the horror stories you hear about people getting ripped off or shady business. This place has definitely won my business for good. David greeted me personally at my car when I arrived and made me feel like we had known each other for years before!
They didn’t charge me anything to look at my car and look into the issues I was having and then gave me great prices on my transmission maintenance and concerns. I was also having some vibrations on my car and where another shop had told me it was normal, David told me that my car was vibrating a lot and that it was an easy fix! Not only is my transmission feeling great, but my car runs so much better after going to Zoom. I’m truly impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency in diagnosing my car troubles and in how thorough they were in looking over my 2004 Honda Civic. This car is my wife’s baby (which I admit I use a lot more than she does now) and we are happy to have it running so smoothly. Thank you Zoom Auto… you definitely have our business now.

I am always weary about going to mechanics, but a friend referred me to them and I have nothing but good things to say about this place! David was very professional and knew within minutes what was wrong with my car. The office staff was very friendly and they also offer reasonable prices. Yes, David. You pointed out the metal that had adhered to the magnetic drain plug. However, my review clearly stated that I didn’t know what caused the failure for sure, but that your shop used RTV to seal the pan, which is not OK.

So a couple weeks ago, my BMW started having transmission problems. It went into fail safe mode and barely moved. A friend recommended these guys so I went. They were extremely nice, and very informative. They explained everything and gave me all the different options of what I can do. They set me up right and enjoying the great work. Will go back again if I ever have a transmission problems.

I was driving my jeep and heard a loud noise, I pulled over to inspect the noise and saw the axle on the ground. I called the nearest shop which happened to be AAA Transmission (Zoom Auto). I was a bit wary at first as I had not been to this shop, but after my car was towed here by AAA and after speaking with the staff, i felt at ease.
In summary, they fixed the car at a great price, fixed my 4×4 problem. since that day, I have been back with my other vehicles for various repairs from rear end replacements, transmission rebuilds, 4×4 issues, u name it, they have done it. The work is done right at a great price and the staff is very friendly.

I chose to come to AAA transmissions when I learned that they offered a free diagnostic check when most other places charged. David told me what the problem was and had it fixed fast and at a great price. Later when my car gave me another problem I brought it back and he had running better then ever minutes after I got there. Great staff and an over all great place to get your car fixed up.

I guess I can start with David is awesome! He also met all of my 3 C’s qualities, convenient, clean, and comforting.
My husband and I bought a 99 Isuzu Rodeo off of Craigslist and it’s needless to say we’re already having transmission problems.
Solution you ask? AAA Transmissions! David did a Free, yes I said Free inspection, Free test drive, and Free «check engine light» check!
Also, at no charge, changed a bad fuse that had caused my. Signal lights and heater to stop working.
Get this, total cost of transmission repair, under 2 grand!
