Friendly and quick service :) they’re very knowledgable in the secret menu items, I was surprised and glad I didn’t have to explain what a Pacific Passion was.
My go to Jamba Juice for sure!

Friendly service but both times I’ve been there, they messed up the smoothies. Both times tasted terrible.

Greeted by the friendly staff upon entering. Order was taken and smoothie was made accurately. Was also given a receipt/​survey to fill for a Buy 1 Get 1 Free coupon. That will bring me back more often. Thanks for the smoothie!

The staff here is so friendly! They totally turned my day around with their upbeat attitudes and warm smiles. Sweetest people ever!

As I said before the one thing I like about Jamba Juice is their Matcha Green Tea Blast. I’m sure the others are great as well. They are sure the ticket on a hot day. But what blew me away today was the extra over-​the-​top customer service I received from Carly! Maybe I came in at a good time and after a brief conversation, I tried a another drink she recommended, yes it was good„ but in the end, I wanted the Matcha Green Tea Blast, (you can’t say I didn’t give it a try)… Carly was always positive through the customer service experience, and for that service, 5 stars are completely justified

Why doesn’t this place have a better rating? Can’t be that hard to satisfy people. Long story short my orders have always been on point. If you frequent Jamba Juice enough, you might want to sign up for their rewards program — doesn’t take much to start earning discounts.

I didn’t eat all day and was just staring at the menu as soon as I walked in and she was like «do you need help making a selection?» And I told her I haven’t ate yet and helped me narrow down what to order.
The act of recommendation is usually typical when a customer has no idea what to order, but Carly basically went to my side of the counter and helped me make sure to stay away from the sweet options.

I really wanted a smoothie, my husband and I drove to this location after heaving dinner nearby and as we parked I realized they were closing. My husband went to check the time and signed to me that they were closing (it was like 3 minutes until close). The young woman, Courtney (I hope I’m spelling it right) was about to clear a trash bin and opened the door and told him to «come on in» with a smile. My husband singed me to go in and I quickly went inside. She was smiling and asked us what we would like to order. She did not make a bad face or give any attitude. She did not even rush us (my husband was unsure of what he wanted) She was really nice and made our drinks (which came out perfect). I was really impressed because I didn’t expect them to open the door for us with just minutes to leave. I really really loved how she gave us excellent service. Thanks so much Courtney!

I’m not much of a Jamba Juice fan, but every now and then, you’ll find me at one because how am I going to NOT get a free drink with no strings attached? Things are never just free anymore and JJ is not cheap on my college budget. It’s pretty much nonexistent. Rent or JJ?
Anyways, they were having a FREE JAMBA day, the small size for their three new fruit flavors and since I had some time and the kids at camp love Jamba Juice, we took them here in the wee hours of opening. It was only free from 9am-​11am, but two hours a lot of free drinks can go by.
Showed up rolling deep sea of blue with about 21 teenagers and 3 adults, and the staff was super sweet and nice. No complaints and took each of my kids order with a smile on their face, offering coupons and explaining the three different drinks to them. They opened the door us, no complaints at all. Not one, no dirty looks, I mean I wouldn’t blame them if they did, but it was so professional and I can’t stop raving about it. It’s so rare to see a business that not only gives free drinks but is able to do it with such excellent customer service. The location was fairly small since it was on a corner, but killer service. They even let us get more than one flavor to try out!
Corporate was also there that morning to check out things and they were excited to see that we utilizes their special day and invited us back to Jamba Juice! Hands down great service at this location especially when we didn’t pay for a single drink nor did our kids tip.
It makes me want to come back and actually pay for a full size, retail price Jamba because they were so good to us. Cheers

Twice I’ve had to either ask them to remake a drink or just leave with a watery tasting beverage. This last time, as in the last time I’m going to this location, all three drinks tasted watered down and had huge amounts of foam. The bar is set low for this morning crew and no care for consistency or quality. Irking for Jamba, better head to another location.

The girls that work at this place don’t seem to care much about the quality of the service or drinks. Been to this location 3 times, and have had bad drinks EVERY TIME. Always either over mixed and too frothy and watery, drinks taste like soap, some drinks are not even cold by the time you get them, and that is IF they even give you the right drink! I feel like Jamba Juice is hiring highschool idiots because they work for nothing and some perverts like to look at airhead girls. I just want a good drink like I get at other locations. Don’t waste your money or your time going to this location.

Location: In the plaza where target is located you can’t miss it when you’re driving on Hesperian you’ll see the sign.
Customer Service: Not bad, quick efficient service
Décor: I like the two green lawn chairs in front of the door and when you walk in you immediately see the décor on the walls, nice it stands out.
Overall Experience: Not to complain about the service or the drinks more on the cleanliness of the store. When we sat down there were just smashed up food on the floor and so we decided to sit outside and it was just as bad attracting a lot of flies to where we were sitting that we just ended up leaving? We came mid afternoon so maybe next time if I’m ever back I could edit this post but it was just a not so good experience compared to other Jambas I’ve been to):

This location is not any different than any other Jamba Juice. I have been here many times but never seem to review it. It always like my Mango smoothie the most.
The service is pretty good like I said, nothing special abut this place than other locations I have been to. Just give my order to go, I really am not a fan of it’s location but it’s the convenience of coming here since I’m always in the area.
(The floor can use some cleaning every once in while)

This is a nice location to get your juice on. I always make a quick stop here in the mornings after shopping at target. There’s plenty of parking and the staff is friendly. Faster service than other Jamba Juice I’ve been to.

My wife was craving Jamba Juice, and so we went here this afternoon.
I was impressed right away.
It’s much more spacious inside now (the interior was given a makeover).
My wife doesn’t like the placement of the shelving unit (it’s right in the middle of the restaurant), but the left wall was freed up, which is good.
There were 4 employees around, and they all worked well together.
The cashier was very friendly.
She was also patient (this woman took her time ordering– she seemed to be totally new to Jamba Juice).
Sweet:
My wife’s name is Brooke.
The cashier really likes the name. If she ever has a girl, she plans to name her that.
There’s a decent selection of snacks (ex: SunChips; Miss Vickie’s).
Books are still sold here, but not really merchandise anymore.
It smelled inside (the smell wasn’t bad, just odd).
I don’t know if the smell came from cleaning products or from smoothies.
The unisex restroom is in the back on the right.
The seating capacity inside is about 10, and the seating capacity outside is about 8 (there were a number of customers around, but only the outside seating was really taken).
Strawberries Wild Smoothie (Original– $ 4.99): ⁸⁄₁₀.
My wife only had to wait about 3 minutes for her smoothie (an Original smoothie, by the way, is 22 fl. oz.).
She enjoyed her smoothie, and our son had some of it too.
He sucked so hard that he dented the straw.
(There are over 30 items on the menu. The Jamba Kids Meal selections are new, and we’ll buy our son a smoothie next time.)
Prices can vary.
A woman near my wife got an Original smoothie for $ 4.59 (it’s probably simpler to make).
The prices here have gone up (my wife laments this).
2 years ago, my wife would have been charged $ 4.70 for her smoothie.
In general, I’m not surprised that this place is popular.

I really like this Jamba location. They seem nicer than other locations and if you give them a recipe for a drink not on the menu, they will do their best to make it for you.
