I believe this is a small family owned business. Usually in the day time there’s one Asian lady there. During the warmer days you would think there’d be more help but nope. It also seems like she kind of takes her time for the orders and when she finally comes to help you she still seems kind of bitter. To be honest the only reason I come here is because it’s convenient as far as location wise. Close to work. The drinks are just OK and so is the food. The taro milk slush I would say is the only really«good» thing here. The popcorn chicken and fish balls have no taste and the powder for spiciness is not very appetizing. If you are close to tapioca express, I’d say hit that spot compared to this hands down.

I use to come here in the pass, wasn’t all that great back then. Came back again tonight with the family and service is still the same. Messed up my order, they forgot to make my egg puff. They charge you .50cent for tab water. They have a restroom that has a out of service sign, but the workers goes in just fine. I asked the worker if my son can use the restroom, and he said its for employee only. Not a place to bring your family, if your little ones would need a restroom. Now I remember why I stop going there. Worker attitude is rude and disrespectful. I recommend T4 in San Leandro, they actually have a restroom for customer, games for the family, and you can choose how you want your drinks and food

Worst milk tea experience ever! Ordered a regular milk tea with pearls. One sip into the drink and there was something seriously wrong. The pearls were hard and chalky. Went to the cashier and asked why the pearls tasted like that. His response was ALL tapioca pearls taste like that and it was clearly my mistake for questioning him. I asked for a new drink with grass jelly instead since the pearls were not consumable at this point. He said he couldn’t do that but of course I made him give me a new drink. Then he has the nerve to say, I’m only going to do it this one time and that he was doing ME a favor. Don’t worry kid, I won’t ever be back. Too bad I didn’t catch his name, otherwise, the owner will hear about it. Don’t waste your time. Head over to Sharetea down the street instead.

Good food for really cheap, but the doors were wide open while it was raining so it was cold and almost all of the lights were off so it was really dim

More like«slowly». The Boba tea is good though. I’ve been here plenty of times. Sometimes the drink takes 20 minutes to prepare. And when I get the ice tea it’s not chilled it’s warm and watery. You think that they being a chain would master ice tea by now.

Went here because my cousin said it was the closest. Ordered 5 bags of popcorn chicken, 3 drinks &1 bag of sweet potatoes. I kid you not we were there for an hour waiting. Took 15 mins for just 1 drink. Got taro slush with boba, the boba is hella fucking hard wtf?! Never coming back.

At one time Quickly was a Big Chain. But in recent years they have been Closing and Disappearing. There is a lot of other choices now, But this Quickly stays open late and that’s pretty handy . I rolled to Quickly after my Ankle Bracelet had a full charge. Quickly is located in an older Strip mall on Hesperian There’s plenty of parking in the Parking lot . I was greeted when I arrived. I perused the Drink Menu and ordered 2 Large Peppermint Milk Teas with Boba Pearls . There is an Old School Big Screen TV tuned to Asian programing for entertainment . They also serve Small Plates of Snack food there also. I had my Milk Teas in 10 minutes . There is a $.50 Cent Charge for Credit Card Usage Quickly is my Milk Tea Place when I have late night Milk tea cravings

Customer service here was great! We were greeted right away and our orders went it right away. But the drinks are a whole different story. Drinks didn’t taste as good as the other quicklys we’ve been to. They don’t carry as much snack items as the other locations we’ve been to also. We got the calamari rings and in my opinion they were too thick and big. The pepper was really dark brown as oppose to being the bright red/orange color that it’s suppose to be so I’m guessing it must of been really old. It also had a bitter taste to it. Eh don’t think I’ll be returning.

Always met with the and friendly faces. It js a family run joint so I feel there’s less professionalism between the workers which doesn’t always feel right. The food is ok. I did get a piece of raw chicken once, sorry to bring it up, and they replaced it with brand new chicken poppers, but this place was never the same to me after that.

Sooo… I’ve just moved and found this Quickly shop around the corner. Quickly seems to be a hit or miss boba shop as far as it goes. It depends on the staff and the quality of the drinks. Poor staff and good drink is not my taste and vice versa. With that being said, the customer service isnt as great and neither is the drink. I ordered an Avocado snow and got a cup of blended ice and what seems to taste like a ¼ of an avocado. There’s not much flavor in the taste… it also took them awhile to make it as well. Not sure what’s the hold up but it should have not taken that long to make just 1 drink and serve only 1 customer. Overall, bad experience buy may come back if it’s the only opened shop nearby.

My taro milk tea came out REALLY sugary. Like I could barely drink it! Service was fast, so I asked if I could just add some tea to my drink. He offered to actually re-make it, even though I said it was okay! How nice! 4 stars for service. –1 star bc the placed does seem a bit unkempt… & not the tastiest boba I’ve had. The taro milk tea tastes like milk with a crap ton of sugar. I can’t really taste the tea… Or the taro… I mean, milk with sugar is still delightful. Ha!

Drink tastes more like sugar water. Customer service horrible. Guy was rude and i felt like I was bothering him for coming in. He was too busy singing the awful music rather than making drink. Can’t think of a reason to go here.

They are unreasonably and unbearably slow here. It’s not that busy but the wait is as if they are super busy when they are not. The interior is nice though. Parking is easy.

This place is average, I’ve never had any problems with their customer service but the wait time for drinks can take a while, even though their name is called Quicklys lol. There’s another Quicklys across from Chabot College and a new one just opened up on Hesperian which is cleaner.

This place is a dump, you got immature kids working the counter, cashier and making drinks and all they want to do is Vape. It’s shows from the quality of the drinks. They should close down already and let another business run the place.

My rating is solely based on comparison. I’ve been to many Quickly’s and it was a warm afternoon and I was stuck on the East bay. I saw it and automatically pulled over. The wait was kinda long but I didn’t mind only because I saw only 2 ppl working.(which there is always just 2 people working at every Quickly I’ve been too but I’m trying to give them the benefit of doubt) Then after my looooooong wait to get my order and an even longer wait for my drink, I put a straw in it and walked out. It was NOT up to par. It tasted like a watered down drink than what I’m used to getting. I could barely taste the flavor. It totally ruined my day(oh boo hoo) and gave me a headache trying to finish it because I didn’t want to waste my $ 4! LoL

I’ve always had an enjoyable experience here regardless of who was working the counter. I always get a milk tea and a popcorn chicken. Even during busy times I would get my drink in an appropriate amount of time. Tapioca can sometimes be over cooked, but they’ve never undercooked it. Popcorn chicken comes out pretty tender too.

The customer service was nice, unfortunately I have to go and say this: I’m pretty confident to say that the popcorn chicken is PIGEONMEAT. I say this because for one– it doesn’t TASTE like chicken ATALL, I know the taste of chicken EXTREMELY well and two: ALL of the meat was a dark, purplish color which pigeon meat is. I would NEVER make such an accusation unless I felt confident enough to do so. I have heard of an increase of the use of pigeon meat as a cheap and plentiful substitute for chicken in certain establishments lately around the bay. Eat at your own risk.

I am pretty familiar with boba & if I wanted to compare boba joints, a regular milk tea with boba is the way to do it. The boba here just wasn’t good… If this place opens at 12(I went on a sunday), your boba should not be gross at 2:30… It was hard and chalky. I could bite through it and it would split in half. Boba texture should be soft and you should be able to chew it a couple times. Sorry, just disappointing. I threw it out after a couple sips.

Why go to Quickly’s when there are so many great new boba places out there? Because this is the only one open late in the Castro Valley area. Don’t you ever get those late night boba cravings? Cause my friends and I sure do. We resorted to this place, and I’m glad we did. I wasn’t sure what I was craving, but I went with the advertised drink hanging on their glass window. I got the black sesame slushy. It sounds weird, but I really enjoyed it and would definitely go back for more. I also really loved the music they played. They were playing songs from my boy Kendrick Lamar, hahaha. Yeah service was just whatever, but for some reason I didn’t mind at all, because what else are you going to expect from Quickly’s?
