This place is always busy. Not mention the fact that they are always out of stock of everything. I basically waited in line for 20 mins to get to the window finally to find out they were unable to make my drink due to being out of stock so I proceeded to order another drink to find out again they were out of stock of that as well. How the hell do you run out of everything. And still expect to give great service .i have always been a fan of this Starbucks and always went to this location because it’s a short drive. I don’t plan on returning here again. Such a huge disappointment.

I would give it no stars if it were possible. Slow drive through, unenthusiastic workers, and drinks not even filled completely. Not to mention getting our orders wrong.

Not the best Starbucks in the area, but its the only Starbucks in the area with a drive thru. The drive thru line is always soooo long. Why? When you get to the window your order isn’t even ready! I’ve complained to management and to corporate but still the same :(

Closed before 11:30 tonight! Was at the speaker box at 11:24 pm they turned the monitor off outside and after being stuck behind and in front of other cars for 12 mins. When I get to the window(the guy has been looking at me for the past 6 mins at this point he looks the window and walks away after looking at me pull up!

I went through the drive thru for a delicious Grande Eggnog Latte. This was the longest I’ve ever waited, over 15 minutes. When I reached the cashier she said she was sorry but they had run out of eggnog! In the 15 minutes that I sat in line idling in the car, no one could walk out and ask if I wanted to change my order or something! Really bad customer service.

This has got to be the slowest Starbucks ever. I’ve been waiting a good 20 minutes now. Coffee’s still not here. I’m not even in the drive thru. If you don’t mind waiting at least a half hour, then this is the place for you. I’m checking now for the nearest Peet’s. I wanna live! Dammit!

Let’s just start with the fact that the store is filthy and at all times. Day or night it’s nasty. Then move on to the wait times. I got one drink and it took 20 mins. 20 mins from the time the order was placed to the time I got my drink! And that’s not the first time I’ve had to wait a ridiculous amount of time. Then let’s move in to the baristas attitudes. Piss poor no one says thank you and they all look pissed off. Like its the worst day of their life. I hate this and the Palma plaza location but when you’re in desperate need of caffeine. I try to avoid this location at all cost. Unless I use the mobile app. Best app ever! The only problem is you can’t use your free drinks with the app so you’re forced to go in and have to deal with all of the above #bayfairstarbucksblows

Why does this Starbucks have such a low rating, how bad could it be. Oh. it’s cause all four garbage cans are overflowing til they spill on the floor. There are ants on the sugar and milk station and there is a fruit fly in the pastry case. The staff are friendly, but they’re all also super loud and preoccupied with chitchatting amongst themselves instead of cleaning: I’ll try to refrain from guessing if that is a result of their average age. To their credit, they don’t delay in making the coffee though. Overall: a dirty environment makes you uncomfortable.

Super friendly store. I am kinda sad that they got rid of the chamomile tea. I know i know it’s been a while since they switched to teavana, but i am disappointed that the only non-caffeinated tea that is not fruit flavored is mint. What the heck is that about. Anyhow not this stores fault so no deducted stars, i am a fan of the nice people and the their speed of service. I would highly recommend if i was in the area again and/o to friend working in the area.

Ever since this location had there remodel, they have become the slowest Starbucks around. Instead of writing on the cups, there are tickets that they print out. However the tickets don’t always print and then your stuck waiting for 20 minutes just. This has happened to me twice and they don’t even offer me a free drink on my next visit. The drive thru line takes an average of 30 minutes to get through! Who has 30 minutes to sit in a drive thru when your trying to get to work! Simply ridiculous!

Love the drive through! I wish all Starbucks had one. Been here several times it’s a hit or miss I guess it just depends on the barista

This location near Bayfair Mall and the BART station is alright, best feature is the fireplace. Downside is, it’s almost always packed inside and out. Outdoor patio area is nice if you can find a seat. They also have a drive-thru. Very busy place.

Very convenient drive thru although sometimes more like a park thru. Don’t get me wrong, I expect a bit if a wait as 1 can anytime utilizing a drive thru at your favorite establishment, but this place can take longer than a typical pregnancy. Employees, hit or miss as with quality and accuracy but they always make good on a bad experience when called out.

This Starbucks is always super busy. I contribute that to the drive thru that’s here for the convenience of customers. The other day I came in for the frappaccino happy hour and the guy with blonde hair at the drive thru was a little rude about it. HH started at 2 and I made it there at 1:58 so he was a little snarky about that. I felt that he might have been overwhelmed and that translated over into his customer service. Take a chill pill people, it’s just coffee.

March 3, 2015 Very disappoint right now with this Starbucks. I came here wanting the bacon breakfast sandwich and a venti passion tea lemonade with strawberry. When I ordered the barista had informed me that they ran out of the sandwich and they ran out of lemonade because they were really busy that morning. At that point, I was really disappointed but I was like whatever, I’ll just get something else since I’m already here. So I ordered a ham & Swiss sandwich & a VENTI passion tea with strawberry. I left with a ham & Swiss and a GRANDE passion tea w/strawberry. Come on now! You guys had already disappointed me by not having anything that I want, can you at least get my order correct?! I really regret going there now. I should have just left when they didn’t have what I wanted and went to another Starbucks.

A very warm place! Employees were amazingly patient with some of the crazier costumes who didn’t want to stand in the line and accept they had run out of soy milk for the moment. I had ta change the size and it was definitely not a problem for them :)

I always loved coming here. I love the seating area with couches and plenty of tables. This starbucks also has a fire place! The drinks are always made to perfection. The bad part is that the crazies can come in sometimes but that’s not the place’s fault, it’s just the area. Otherwise I wouldn’t go to another Starbucks unless it’s closer to my current location.

This popular Starbucks has a very busy drive thru and a large indoor and indoor seating area. I came on a Saturday morning and the San Leandro Farmers’ Market was going on, so it was a little crazy both in and out the café. People and cars were everywhere trying not to be in each others’ way! There was a long line of cars for the drive thru that morning. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating area is adjacent to the drive thru. Car fumes and noise do not make it a very appealing area to sit and chat with a friend or read a book while your sipping your latte. Inside, there was a long line. They had a number of baristas working, but it still took a while to get to the cashier. At 10 am, this place was packed with people with their laptops and people chatting with their friends. It might be a challenge finding a place to sit inside during peak hours. There is a nice fireplace and a few love seats as well as your normal table and chairs. I just got an iced green tea. It was fine. Starbucks’ coffee(hot or cold) is so bitter that it’s really undrinkable for me. I don’t like their fancy drinks(lattes and macchiatos) because they’re too sweet. I’m so used to Blue Bottle or Four Barrel quality coffee that I can’t drink Starbucks coffee anymore. This place is a good place to park yourself for a while, but other than that, the coffee leaves much to be desired.
