Target

First off, I just want to say that I love target stores in general. They are designed to make you walk in with one thing in mind, then walk out with a hundred other things. Then you forget to buy the ONE thing you needed. (Okay, maybe to not that extent, but you know what I mean, right?)
I’ve been to many Targets all over, and this one doesn’t particularly stand out. More often than not, the aisles are in disarray — the cosmetics, the toy section, the school supplies… and don’t even THINK about looking through the clothes or shoe sections. It’s a whole lot of crazies. Everything is everywhere.
Despite the disarray, the one thing I do love is the holiday section that Target always has. Last Christmas, I was searching everywhere for a certain wrapping paper design, and after searching three other Targets, I finally found it here. Also, take a look at the clearance section!
There’s always something there.
This is the closest Target to where I live, so despite it being average, I’ll still come on though because, hey, no one can resist a Target.

Honestly, I give this Target a 5-​star because I generally love Target. But, this Target, I’ve always was given the best customer service and the clearance section is actually really neat and nicely stocked.
The lines aren’t terrible and many cashiers are actually open.

This is the closest Target to where I live, so it’s the most convenient. Service is friendly and they have self-​check out now! Sometimes the lines at check out is SUPER LONG especially on the weekends.
The clearance sections have a pretty good selection if you’re there at the right time. Otherwise, it gets cleared out fast!
At the customer service desk, you can get a price adjustment.
TIP: Download the Target app. You can scan items to check if they are on sale/​clearance. If the price is cheaper on the app, you can ask for a price adjustment.

What do customer service and spoke to a lady by the name of the Luna I asked her if you questions about a toy box I have the description on my phone including the picture she said that it was impossible to check because I did not have a stock number I asked her if she could go on her computer and look for 20 box she did and it was the first one then I asked her if I could order it she look at me as if I was stupid and said no you have to order it online this is not good customer relations I used to be an average shop at Target so I went and asked another employee if I could speak with a manager he called on the walkie talkie and she replied where I can hear I don’t have time to be talking to anybody right now just tell him something I could not believe what I heard what I shop at Bayfair target no but I recommend Target stores you know is the customer relations good no I realize that C wrong time of the year for questions but that’s their job I’m very disappointed with your facility

Was ignored by 3 associates while trying to get help grtting a game out of its case. I know they saw me as I made direct eye contact with each of them and they quickly looked away and continued walking. I then went to the counter where i stood there and was ignored by the associates there that were having a conversation, then found an associate taking a game out of the case and thought he could help me, I was wrong. When i asked him to get a game out for me, he quickly shut the case and tells me, «I can’t help you.», he did not offer to help me find another associate or radio another associate to help and I had to go back to the counter where I was ignored earlier and waited until they finally decided to notice me and get the game I wanted out of the case. Seriously, some of the worst service I have received in a Target store by far.

Parking sucks, but that’s only because there are so many people frequenting the Target. Can’t blame ‘em. There’s always some spots way out in left field. I do wish there were more self-​checkout lanes, but it’s alright. Target rocks. Just don’t go there for clothing unless it’s clearance. Crazy expensive prices for clothing that is alight and not that well made.

This review is specifically to Target Mobile. I came here today for a quick phone service since they are the supposed to be the only store open in the area that can provide service for my phone carrier at 10:00am on a Sunday. As I write this report, it’s 10:20 AM and I’m left just looking at a sign that says «Sorry we missed you. Please check back during Target Mobile business hours to speak with one of our mobile experts.»
The person finally came almost 30 minutes late and seemed nice enough, but this is unacceptable.

I have shopped at this Target since it opened over 10 years ago. Sadly this store continues it’s downward spiral. First they closed their outdoor garden department. Then the store was reorganized. Now it is not nearly as easy to find things. Now they’ve installed those self checking machines. I refuse to use those as they make the customer do extra work and they replace human checkers. I know it isn’t the store’s fault but some customers are very rude. A shopper with a very full cart just cut in front of me, even though I clearly had only one item.
Finally I got into a line. It took 15 minutes for them to process a shopper who had only 5 or 6 items. When I eventually reached the cashier she was nice and apologized for the delay. It was only after I left though that I realized that the price charged me was more than the price marked on the shelf. In this case, it wasn’t for much, but it is a good lesson for me and for you too, check your receipt carefully.
This store is convenient for me, but I plan on shopping elsewhere from now on.

Worst target i have ever been two. Shelves are constantly empty. Nothing is ever in stock. Whoever is running this location should be laid off. worst shopping

I’ve been to many Target locations and this one is ghetto as other reviewers have said. I went to get something at the Target Café and I was never acknowledged, no hello, no «can i help you», nothing. I left and won’t be back.

I like Target as the best alternative to the «everything you need» store…
Whenever I need a multiplicity of random items I run to Target. I live exactly in the middle of two Target locations, and today I happened to be in the San Leandro area so I ended up at this particular Target for my necessary items.
The store is neatly set up, arranged in a «user friendly» fashion, replete with helpful associates all over the place as one shops. I always know that if I cannot locate an item that a sales associate will be available to help me find what I need. That’s pretty awesome.
There is also ample handicap parking, which is a plus in my current condition.
I ran in the store today to grab shampoo and a few other random items…
all easy to find
all low priced
all available

When I arrived at the checkout lane the cashier was professional and funny. My shopping companion commented on a few of the items I purchased (items that seemed a bit juvenile to many) making jokes about age limitations and so forth.

Anyway, the cashier stepped in and made even more jokes with my friend. His quick wit made me laugh, and took the pressure of my shopping companion – who I was growing increasingly irritated with by means of the «jokes.»
I love Target, always have.

Parking lot sucks and the area is sketchy so just make sure to lock your car and hide your stuff before going in!
It’s decently clean and has more employees roaming around than other Targets, but it’s usually steadily busy so expect a wait for check out. Food court is also not that good.

I like this Target because I can get new bed sheets, a coat, and eggs! Everything is pretty well organized and I think the store flows nicely. On my recent visit, I was able to do my grocery shopping, find khakis for my boyfriend, and a mattress pump.
They don’t have the normal grocery store meats/​items but I didn’t expect them to have all of the stuff. They do have pretty good deals on fall clearance, like pumpkin spice marshmallows, and your normal cabinets standards. They had Chobani on sale for $ 1 a piece too!
The parking lot is large but they are always busy.

I had no reason before to come to this particular location as I always shop at Walmart but after experiencing a good price for their Westinghouse tv 50″ for 399.99 I decided Hey, Why not right?
I came to this location bc at 7 pm the second day of the sale. This location only had 3 Westinghouse tv available. Before I even walked in, I had called the store to make sure they had this tv at this location. I was put on hold by a Target worker Marcus from the time i left Hesperian Target to Bayfair Target I’m sitting on the phone (on hold). As I’m pulling up and getting out my car. Marcus gets back on tge phone and tells me don’t worry they pulled the tv from the back and it’s awaiting my arrival. Cool I say, I’m happy!
Walking in with my head high I go straight to the back of the store to electronics. No one is at the counter so I wait. I notice two young children in front of me. So I wait… and wait. …smh finally I see a Target worker Jay. He ask if I need help and I let him know I’m here to pick up a TV. He states he would be right back. I wait some more… and more… and.. Oh no! 20 mins dun went by, I’m STILL waiting. I see another Target worker Brandon he walks passed me and finishes up with the young kids.
After still waiting I think Jay seen how irritated I was getting so he apologized for the wait and stated that the TV was never pulled from the back so he is trying to locate the TV. Ughh ! What did u say! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve been waiting on the phone. .waiting in the store! .
After the young kids were taking care of. Jay looks at Brandon and tells him he could find the Westinghouse tv 50 «that was supposed to be“pulled». Brandon goes to the back and about 15 mins later with a tv ! FINALLY! .
Brandon states to Jay, «you wouldn’t believe where the tv was» smh I wanted to hear where it was to but he tells Jay once I leave he would tell me. Smh
Brandon starts to ring me up and instantly let them know that I’m so disappointed with the customer service and I wanted to speak to the manager. Brandon let’s me know that he was the Manager and apologized for the inconvenience. I have to give him credit because of me being angry he gave me a big discount off the tv and warrenty. I ended up leaving with my 50″ tv which was less then $ 390. (Thank you Brandon).
Although I can say I won’t be coming back here I can honesty say I left happy after all I went through to get the TV

Did not plan for Target but happened to be there. Not long ago I bought a nice clip fan at Target Fremont. It came very handy at work. I need another one and nobody has them. If you paid $ 9 at Target you be not willing to pay $ 23 for a similar but probably fancier one at another store. I thought I drop in. I ended up with the Chill out Saturday Night Live Cone head fan in Green! I bought it. On Clearance for $ 11.88 plus tax and why they sell same fan online mostly for $ 48 beats me. Better be good.

This is my neighborhood Target so I end up here more than any other location. It is not my favorite one by far but it is also not the worst.
Pros:
–The merchandise is usually nice and organized and I can usually find the size of something I am looking for.
–Can typically find an employee while wandering the aisles so you can get some help if you need it.
Cons (Okay, one big con):
–What drives me crazy are the lines… long lines… long long long lines. I hate to be the line police but people will be in the express line with way more items than they should but it never gets called out. Sometimes the customer is not always right and you gotta let them know.
Employees are all pretty friendly I think they just need to have more registers open to accommodate the amount of people in the store at any given time. This drives me nuts every time and leads to me dreading walking inside. Hopefully they will turn this around so I can up my star value.
