Starbucks

Kept reading this placed closed. I can’t check in as placed is listed as «closed» but, am sitting waiting on my drink & food. Busy as ever. Drive thru has a long wait too.

So recently I went to the Starbucks at Bayfair on the outside on the corner of Hesperian and East 14^th and I had an official meeting there and I was waiting for my party and it literally took 45 minutes for us to go through the line and get our drinks by the time we got our drinks our meeting was over and apparently it was due to the fact that the Starbucks mobile app took precedence over people standing in the store and or maybe the fact that it’s Starbucks that day was extremely understaffed not sure which one it was but looking forward to trying it again

36 minutes in the drive thru! Unacceptable! 2 stars only bc sometimes the drive thru is a little less busy.

There is way too much demand for supply at this location. I waited 27 minutes for one grande vanilla latte. I only came to this location for the drive thru service yet when I pulled up the line was so long I decided to just go inside, bad idea. I don’t think I’ll come back here most definitely not on a Sunday morning either. Coffee should never take this long at such a well oiled corporate establishment. Last downside was there were probably 20 or so customers waiting and not once did anyone working acknowledge the patrons waiting, would have been a nice touch, considering some of us had been waiting almost 30 minutes for one drink.

First time I’ve every had to wait for coffee… the first sign was the drive thru line was extremely long… walked in and so was the line in the store… orders were lost… so we’re folks patients… took 22 minutes to get coffee… ridiculous!!! Manager needs to work on operation techniques

This location needs better management and staff training. The staff is rushed and impersonal. They are quick to take your order and money but SLOW in making drinks. The printer breaks and chaos! Go to the one on MacArthur and estudillo. They take care of u

Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Why does it take 15 minutes for a cold brew cofffee? It’s premade and poured over ice!!! But every drink besides pour hot coffee has to go through the super slow baristas behind triple java chip frapz that take waay longer to make. When I asked the staff about this, they were rude and condescending. Remember when Starbucks employees were happy and always smiled? Why do they all seem miserable now? Pay cuts?
Hey Starbucks — speed up your line by having quick drinks like this expedited. And don’t give preference to your drive through customers when there are people inside waiting patiently!

Worst Starbucks you can come too… every time I come staff is always rude they all look mad don’t talk to eachother. Drinks take forever to be made let alone the time it takes to put a lid on them and call your name… I order 3 drinks. each giving to me through a 20min wait there. They would give me one drink make 5others and then my second then five others then my third. For a Starbucks that’s always really busy they should train better or put experience workers. The outside seating is pretty ill give them that. Oh and drive through sounds worse when I sat outside I heard everyone have to repeat orders many times Because who ever takes the orders kept messing them up. The right amount of stickers for the promotion sometimes I get confused when Starbucks isn’t consistent.
But drinks were good.

Staff chats too much with each other so orders come out wrong or super slow. Remodel not that great.

One of the worst starbucks ever … I came here around 7am on a Sunday. It’s really dead inside and just a couple cars at the drive thru. I decided to go inside and order. So many workers. But they took a while to make my drinks… I had ordered a grande Triple shot soy Carmel macchiato. It was SOOO BLAND. And the barista doesn’t even use to spoon to block the foam from going into the cup. When I got my cup, it was so light. It felt like it was less than a Tall size in my grande.
I ordered another cup of the tall size caramel macchiato. It was Super light. So I asked him to steam more milk and add it to this second cup.
My fiancé had ordered an americano. It was so watered down. Never coming back here again.

The service has got so incredibly slow, we had to stop coming here in the mornings. It’s been a couple of weeks since we’ve been here and today hoped they had enough time to get it together. We were wrong!

I HATE HATE HATE leaving bad/​negative reviews, because everyone, even chain restaurants/​businesses deserve a chance to redeem themselves… This, on the other hand, is another story.
This USE to be one of my favorite Starbucks. Being down the street from my job with good service and a DRIVE THROUGH, I absolutely LOVED coming here. However, they served me a frozen foldover yesterday through the drive through, and seeing that it was busy, I brushed it off, thinking «everyone has off days…» But even when I walked in, patiently waiting for someone to address me, absolutely no one was apologetic, and they seemed like could care less about it. I was pissed. Still irritated about it today, but what can I do? So goodbye conveniently located Starbucks, we had a good run, but I need to move on to better things, and properly heated food items

Every time we come here they never have ingredients for the drinks on the menus. Even in the middle of the day. The baristas aren’t concerned either, they have a take it or leave it attitude. Nice place to sit inside & out but too bad they never have stuff to make our drinks.

If you want to be ignored and treated like crap go here. Where they are doing you a favor to make ur drink and you can be the only person in line while they joke and play around while you stand there like a jerk. And its nice and dirty. I dont know which was dirtier the store or the baristas. And they talk crap about almost EVERY customer that comes in over their headsets so u dont hear them. careful how u look and what u order cause they will be talking crap about u and smile in ur face. And to add insult to injury ur drinks are made wrong taste like crap and don’t come out in order. Regulars get their drinks first and too bad if u don’t like it. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost this location! Funny cause all the good and nice comments on here are by regulars. If you come here sporadically you see the real baristas in full motion. Rude and act as if your an inconvenience

We came here for ice coffee and as I was sipping my drink I felt something at the tip of my tongue and found a bug … Inside my cup had fruit flies all my friends felt sick to our stomachs and returned everything! Don’t go here!!! I told the servers what happened and I told them to check the syrups and milk but they didn’t even care just kept serving bugs to the customers they are so gross this is unacceptable …

I enjoy going to Starbucks for coffee. You know what to expect and that’s what you usually get. This time was a little bit different though. My latte was luke warm like it was made 15 minutes ago, and for some reason I had a hard time getting the girl behind the counter to accept what was going on. Come on!!! It’s a $ 4 cup of coffee and foam… please just make me another one that’s hot! Finally got it done, now I’m happy.

Great service. Consistent drinks. Clean. Busy. Lots is seating.

The drive thru can get kinda long sometimes but still goes by pretty quick.

I love this place, I am at Starbucks literally every single day before work. Tammy has such great customer service and always makes sure that I am satisfied with my drink. most of the staff there are pretty awesome, I wish I knew everyone’s names! Alyssa some curly headed dude and a blonde chick are super nice! Definitely a great place with great people and wonderful customer service.

Like any other starbucks, except this is the only one in the area that has a drive thru! Perfect for those days you’re looking like a hot mess and don’t want to get outta your car!
