People here is really nice. They are very polite. Is just to much costumer for a regular service. Sea food is really good

Loved the ceviche, Barbacoa, appetizers n margaritas. Authentic Mexican food. Nice customer service. Def coming back

I went here on a Thursday and honestly I’m not planning on going back the bacon wrapped shrimp were stale and hard. The reason I’m giving 3atars is for the spicy shrimp that kinda keeps up with the competition but just barely. Hopefully you’ll get a better experience

This place is amazing I been here a few times with la familia!!! All these negative people don’t know what they are saying!

Horrible service food is mediocre. I order the shrimp sushi i dont recommend it. My bf order mariscoco its over price and hardly has any shrimp. Server didnt check on us for refills on our drink. Stay away from this place. Big disappointment but what do you expect they have 2 stars well i wouldnt even give them one.

Took way too long to get our food. Very expensive also. And the table had recently been varnished or something because it was sticky and slippery.

Pretty sure they are racist. My girlfriend and I showed up when it wasn’t busy, sat down and waited like 15 min to order. In the meantime other customers who were all Hispanic came in and sat down and ordered before us. There was a GROUP of people who came in after us, ordered, ate, and then left before we even got our food. We order tacos and flautas. It’s not that complicated! It took us an HOUR to get food. We almost walked out but the food just happen to show up then. When the tacos came out there was no radish or jalapeños after we specifically asked for it. So the waitress went to get it and still didn’t give us what we wanted. Just radishes which also took a long time to get. Food was mediocre at best. There are plenty of other places to go besides here, so I suggest you keep looking.

Good Sinaloa style mariscos. This place is good if you like seafood. The mariscada fresca y mariscada caliente is good for a party of 4. I stay coming back. I would’ve gave a 5 star but they can improve their customer service.

I ordered chili colorado, and guess what? SORRY no chili colorado? Damn shame. I also ordered a Margarita and it looked like water! Sent back and got a better one, but I think they forgot the tequila? My mom ordered ground beef enchaladas, and NO ground beef? This after my dad asked if they had ground beef, sure we make it ourselfs! So I order a shrimp dish. And it was alright! Shrimp were a bit overcooked, but tasty. I know there are much better Mexican restaurants all around Hayward.

Stay away!!! This place sucks! First of all it started really well but I ordered the carne asada plate the steak was way over cooked an had absolutely no flavor! I sent in back an the waitress /​owner said to my boyfriend in Spanish that I was white and didn’t know what real carne asada taste like! Wow I cook better then that place!
So I realized I left my plastic Starbucks on the go cup so I just called and after I told them why I was calling they hung up on me! I called back twice and she picks up and hangs up! If there is a better bureau for professional attitude I am so going to report this woman! And I will be walking in tomorrow for my cup !!!

I’ve eaten here a bunch of times over the years, so I haven’t really noticed much of a change since the place changed names to Mariscos Sinaloa.
It seems a bit less busy, but everything here seems to be just like its always been. Casual place.
The parking lot is in really bad shape, but is large to accommodate everyone. Service was fine and my roast chicken taco salad was good. The salad dressing is essentially the guacamole and sour cream.
I would resist the temptation of sitting in their booths. They’re very small and you find yourself with your belly up against the table. Furthermore, the springs in the upholstered benches are uniformly worn out. Better to sit at a table with chairs.

I was excited for this place because it’s been a while since I’ve had good mexican mariscos (seafood) in Hayward, sadly I was disappointed.
The service was okay. There was no one greeting guests or even taking down names for those waiting to be seated. The wait time was reasonable, about 20 – 30, given that it was Saturday and dinner time. The waitress was friendly and patient, however she was forgetful and had to come back several times to take our individual orders again– this was frustrating.
The food finally came. The cold plates (aguachile and pata de mula) came first, followed by the hot ones (tacos and caldo de pescado), and lastly my cóctel de camarones. The first two were tasty, they consisted mostly of lime juice and lots of extremely hot salsa. Hot and spicy, but good nonetheless. The other other three plates were disappointing. They were bland both in appearance and taste.
The cóctel was especially disappointing. It was Anyone who has had cóctel de camarones before knows how flavorful and colorful this dish should be.
Needless to say my expectations were not met. Perhaps I’ll try this place again, but will stick to the cold plates.

This place is ok customers service is great. The waitress was pretty but the food crazy papas suck fries and steak was cold and no SALT OR FAVOR. I never coming here again.

This place is a small hole in the wall. Mostly seafood. I had the molcajete (fresh shrimp, squid, muscles in lemon juice with cucumber, tomatoes and way too many onions). My husband had Pata de Mula (half oysters), and a shrimp cocktail. Not many choices for the kids, they had a choice of bean and cheese burrito, quesadilla, or chicken nuggets. The waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. Free WiFi a plus!

Went in on a friday afternoon. It was not at all busy and we still had to wait 10 to be seated. After being seated for 15 minutes the waiter walked in a rush to work to take our order. After ordering our drinks the piña colada had no alcohol. I ordered a shrimp fajitas and my husband a shrimp cocktail. We waited 40 minutes and noticed our waiter was also the cook. Cooking in the back, i expected to have my fajitas sizzling on platter. Nope instead i got them on a regular plate. With hard rice. First and last time I come here. Terrible

Salsa was good and Cadillac Margarita superb! ! None of us really thought our food was special. Service was slow because there was only one server. She was cute as a button and did the best she could. I was impressed with how she handled a full restaurant. I will go back for drinks and salsa.

The shrimp had no flavor at all and there was barely any cheese on my quesadilla.
The beans were too salty so i will have to say the rice and water was the onlu good thing on my meal –_–

Great customer service and real Mexican flavor their food! I ate the caldo de Camaron (shrimp soup), it was so good!

Aunthentic Mexican food. Friendly and helpful service We were the only Asians in the restaurant which is a very good sign Food was really tasty. Chips and salsa, both green and red were very good. Ordered camarones a la diablo and chili verde and both were very spicy and good.

(The 3 stars are because I ordered take out, and it was typical dishes. My rating will change once I’ve gone a few more times)
A mariscos spot in this section of Hayward has been needed.
I tried their bacon wrapped shrimp, camarones rancheros, and chicken tacos. All were very delicious and worth the price.
Tacos are $ 4.25 each, but they come on two flower tortillas, and the amount of meat was enough for 2 – 3 average tacos from anywhere else.
I’m looking forward to going back and trying more seafood based dishes.

La entrada del restaurante estaba asqueroso semillas d girasol por todo el piso. No habia lista de espera, super mal servicio no venia nadie a decir q tanta era la espera, despues d 15 min nos fuimos a las carretas restaurant. la atencion al cliente en Las Carretas Restaurant excelente y la comida tambien. Los maricos buenisimos!
