Have to say very flavorful I had the chicken gyro its was Great I’m glad I gave it a try well worth the buck I was greeted right away wait time was not bad at all very satisfied with the whole experience will be back soon

We went on a Thursday evening when it was very empty. Before we place our order and about 25 minutes after, not a single soul came to order anything… So why did it take almost half an hour to make a gyro and a wrap? Seriously? They had three workers there and it takes that long? Not to mention when we did get the wrap/​gyro, there was barely any lamb in either of them. Ridiculous cost and even more ridiculous wait, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere to get more out of your money and to save yourself the waiting. Will not return.

The food is really fresh and good here, perhaps one of the few reasons to come to Southland mall at all. I’m also a little ashamed to admit that I actually snuck out of the house once while my husband was sleeping just so I could eat a gyro and be back before he noticed!

I don’t know why this place isn’t packed!!! Maybe because it’s in Southland? But maaaan, I usually don’t go to Southland mall a lot but I will now only to go to this place! Their gyros are freaking bomb!!!
I literally finished mine within like 5 – 10 minutes I swear.
I will definitely be coming back!

I made it a habit to visit every Mediterranean place I can to try their lamb/​chicken shawarma plates. This is the best out of 5 all around the bay area. So 5 out of five for you. Yummy yummy

Delicious! And the 1 and only truly healthy choice in the entire foods court.
Grilled meats, fresh salad, and warm pita.
Yummy and so much better than the deep fried carbs all the other places are peddling.

I decided to give this a try after reading it’s reviews on Unilocal.I ordered the Lamb Gyro Plate; out the door for a $ 8.24. The lamb was sliced and cooked for viewing in front of customers. Rice, onions and cucumber slices plus lettuce were all fresh. Tomato slices were fresh but limited in flavor. (haven’t come across many restaurants that serve vine ripened.) Portions were very generous with good taste. Service came with «Sirs» and a big smile from Yaldash, (name on my receipt). All in all a very good value and meal. 5 keeping in mind the mall food competition category.

I always get the lamb gyro special that comes with fries and a drink of your choice. Very tasty and plentiful. The fires are crispy and thin just the way I like them. The lamb is tender and flavorful. Gyro is filled with red onions, lettuce, and tomatoes and cucumbers. The tzatziki sauce is delicious. I like this place and will be coming here for my gyro fix when I am in the neighborhood.

I won’t lie, not a big fan of most Greek, Mediterranean. Afghan food (sad cause I’m Greek) but the chicken gyro is awesome and at a great price!

Great customer service, something similar to a home cook meal, but nothing super special. Not too greasy like fast food. I had a decent lunch.

Delicious! Got the lamb gyro plate ($ 6.99) for the first time today. Lamb was nice and crispy and super flavorful. The plate also comes with a salad (shredded lettuce, cucumber, and tomatoes), a piece of pita bread, and lots of rice! Definitely worth it for the price.

Me and the fams were hungry after a night of shopping at Southland Mall. We don’t quite plan these things out… It’s kinda like this… All of the sudden we all were hungry and in a mall. Well, since make food is notoriously known for having mediocre quick food, we decided to go well through the food court on our way out… Burgers, Chinese under a heat lamp, 5 dollar footlongs, another deep fried dump, and hotdogs in a stick and just when we were about to leave, bam we see Mediterranean Delights!
The first thing that catches my wife’s eye about this place is that it’s not ran by pimple popping teenagers but by a well seasoned couple, an (they could be husband or wife idk) and it’s clearly not a chain dive. That alone gives me hope of decent eats. I am very well acquainted with Mediterranean food and if you ain’t up on this you need to be like yesterday! I ordered the falafel wrap, my wife the lamb wrap and my daughter the lamb gyro. All of the food was GOOD. Not the best in my opinion but pretty tasty 2^nd place. The food had a lot of flavor and the fries that accommodated our meal was seasoned with salt pepper garlic and a red seasoning called baby grapes? At least that is what the nice lady told me.
There is one negative aspect to this place and I want to knock off a star for it honestly. The baklava (sweet honey pastry thingy) was not good like maybe that was old… It was too soggy and had no crispness to it also it seemed not sweet enough. But I will not knock a star off because honestly… It’s mall food. And pretty dang good, honestly too good and too healthy to be in a mall.
One funny point is that this Mediterranean food joint serves burgers… Lol! Are we serious! Now why would a Mediterranean place sell burgers? Because it’s in a mall full of kids who can’t appreciate real food! That just let’s you know that it is clearly in the wrong area. Yall better come check this food out… They probably won’t be open much longer due to ingrats

I was surprised to find this gem in the mall. Great food with good service. I ordered a gyro with fries and a drink, it was really tasty and fresh. This is the best restaurant in the mall by far, will be eating here every time I’m at this mall. I highly recommend the gyro and hope to try other items on the menu on my next visit.

I had a combination Kabob, it was so delicious and everything was fresh. They have a great friendly and quick service. I usually eat at this place and I would definitely recommend it.

Came here for a lamb gyros. Friendly service by the guys here. The gyros was yummy. Filled me up so that I wasn’t hungry for the falafel side order I ordered.

Had some fresh yummy Chicken Gyro. Very well flavored and fresh crispy taste. The pita bread was nice and fluffy. Highly recommend.

Mediterranean Delight has the usual gryos, wraps, etc.
eats: lamb wrap (5.99)
–kind of smallish, mosty lettuce, tomato bits
–lamb salty and dry,
–sriracha and tzatziki sauce also added
2.5 stars for salty aftertaste.
crumbs:
–good value but tastes funny.

I had a real craving for gyros… the thin slices of lamb… the cool tzatziki sauce… the fluffy pita bread. Yum!
I’ve been to this food court location a couple of times. It definitely cured my craving (for the moment anyways). It’s a nice alternative to your usual food court fare.
