Mountain Mike’s Pizza

Very bad customer service. The person that answered was rude, then when I was trying to add a topping to pizza and trying to pay for it, he would not let me then he hung up on me.

One star for diner area been clean and one star for the food but the remainder of the stars lost was because the restroom needs some remodeling. I’ve seen nicer bathrooms in Iraq.
Also the menu displayed is disorganized and no prices displayed for small, medium, large or anything.
This whole pizza place needs a makeover.
Hold and then after I spend about 70 $ for food and drinks they give me 1 little half full cup of ranch. I ask for 1 one more and they said «50 cents».
I’ll won’t be coming back.

Order pizza for delivery and it never came and we called 4 times and they said the same thing over and over that it should be there in 20 mins. I would not recommend this place for delivery. :(

Ordered pizza for pick-​up. They told me that pizza was going to be ready in 20 min. Got there in 10 min and the pizza was ready to go.
The place was empty but clean. I will go again!

The worst. We walked in for buffet and they only serve a few slices of cold pizza. An hour later and there is still no new pizza for the bar. The pizza was full of dough and only had a little or thin layer of cheese and toppings. Terrible. We won’t come back.

I have ordered delivery from this particular Mountain Mike’s Pizza for over the last 3 to 4 years. While I have tried other pizza deals from time to time, this place is consistently the best. The pizzas are always delicious and they look like the photos on the menu. They are prompt, prepared with condiments and the pizza is always piping HOT!

We came here to celebrate after an awards night at my daughter school with just the family. But I was really nice there was nobody there the pizza was really good I’m not a huge fan of chains but all the ingredients tasted fresh. There were some video games Anna change machine which was helpful and free refills on all the drinks. The bathrooms were clean it had all your basic components necessary for a satisfying experience.

I mean it’s a good place but the services is horrible and it looks so boring in their as if they didn’t take thee time and make it look nice I seen Better walmarts.

This only gets two stars because the pizza tasted decent. First we just wanted pizza and salad bar for dinner, we went there during normal dinner hours on a Monday night. The salad bar was pathetic. Everything looked old, there was barely anything to choose from and what was there looked like it had been there all day. The lettuce was flimsy, there were very few old-​looking cucumbers, the carrots looked dry, someone had chopped tomatoes and left the stem parts in there, very unappetizing. Even the olives tasted like they had been sitting there for quite some time. The only decent part of the salad bar was the shredded cheese. I didn’t even go near the macaroni or potato salads for fear I would get sick. Before dinner, I went to wash my hands in the bathroom and the women’s bathroom was closed and out of order, everyone was using the men’s bathroom. The bathroom was dirty, there was graffiti on the door which could easily have been painted over, seemed it had been there quite some time. There was urine on the floor, maybe that’s just how men’s bathrooms are but it wasn’t satisfactory. I think if I was going to come here again I would just order a pizza to go but I would never eat here again and I definitely would not pay five dollars for a salad bar that was worthless. The employees seem to just be standing around it wasn’t busy, there were no napkins on our table. Simple things overlooked.

Very conflicted on how to rate this place considering how my last visit went. A few Fridays ago my mother & I decide to order pizza for dinner. We weren’t really feeling Round Table (our usual) so we decided to order mountain mikes since it’s only a five minute drive! So we call in out order we order a large Everest (combination) & an extra large half pepperoni half pepperoni & ham (whole pepperoni pizza with ham on half basically). They say the wait is going to be about 25mins! No biggie. So we wait. I take to brother with me to pick up the food. The gentlemen at the register recites out order back to us and then rings up our order and brings out our pizza no problem! We drive home and our combination pizza was fine but my half pep half ham pizza was not awesome! It wasn’t my order AT ALL! Not a piece of pepperoni in sight! It was a 100% Hawaiian pizza!!! NOT WHAT I ORDERED. So I asked my mom for the receipt and I check the receipt and it’s not even our order!!! Says two random pizzas on it WTH! So my brother & I drive back to return the pizza. We explain to the guy that our receipt is wrong and so is our pizza. He was really confused about our order. The concept of having a pizza with ham & NO pineapple wasn’t really registering in his mind. He eventually got it. He went to the back and told them to remake our pizza. My brother then asked «so what should we do with this pizza?» The guy told us to keep it… We said no. No one in my family eats pizza with pineapples! Why would we want an XL pizza of it??? So he takes that messed up pizza away & begins hunting for the correct receipt. My brother and I sit down and wait for our order. While waiting we were able to watch «Wreck It Ralph» from beginning to end WITH COMMERCIALS! That should tell you how long it took to fix our order. The guy at the register emerges saying he wasn’t able to find our original recipe –_​_​_​– whatever. After the movie ended a man from the back emerges with our pizza! He starts apologizing profusely and gives us a lot of coupons. My brother & I walk to the car to check if it’s the correct pizza, and it was! Praise the LAWD!

Short, simple & straight forward: expected amazingness and instead everything tasted 2 days old. Ordered wings, a large half pikes peak and chicken club and cheese garlic stick. Expected way more for $ 37. Cheese garlic sticks didn’t taste garlicky at all. Usually devour wings, but didn’t even get through half. Very disappointed.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. Via delivery, pizza is always on time if not early and still hot! When eating there, pizza takes no more than 15 minutes and tastes hot and delicious. Ive never had any wait time or problems with their customer service. They’ll continue to get my service if they keep this up!

Came in with hubby to have their dinner buffet at exactly 5pm. There was no pizza in the warmers. We waited till 530 until two personal pizzas where brought out. While waiting we started with the salad bar which wasnt very good. Anyway when hubby went to go say something another lady came up and said there was hair in her pizza. We got our money back and left… I would advise you not to expect much if you go there. Trust me you will regret it.

This is probably one of our fav Mt. Mikes pizza location. The employees are very nice and friendly. They never mess up our orders and the pizza is always legit. Minus one star since they dont have much specials or coupons.

The service here continues to be wonderful. I am concerned that a lot of the reviews on here are for another location and they are confused :(Anyway, it still comes highly recommended from me!

Visited this place recently to try out their lunch Buffett. We arrived there at around 11:30, we were the first customers.
There was nobody their to help us, so we waited for the guy to come out of the kitchen, they advertised that their buffett starts at 11 am however they had no pizza ready at all.
We started with the salad Buffett which in included, it was completely tasteless and dismal .
As for the pizza, the guy working there said that he has three pizzas in the oven but they were all pork products that we don’t like. So we asked him if he could make a vegetarian and a chicken pizza and he did and that’s the only reason I am giving this place one star.
The pizzas were way different then ordering a regular one, they were much smaller, thin crust with barely and toppings and for some reason they came out of the kitchen cold. After a while 2 more customers came in and they also had to wait to be helped on, even though there were 3 guys working.
We would not be coming back, there are better pizza buffets out there and this is definitely not one of them.

All of the other reviews on here stating how horrible their service is are absolutely dead on. I called and they put me on hold for three minutes. I thought they forgot about me so I hung up and called back. They proceeded to hang up on me! I tried calling back 2 more times and they hung up 2 more times.
I was so upset that I decided to drive over there and ask them why they kept hanging up on me. The manager decided to argue with me and not let me get a word in. He started shouting, right in front of a dozen customers, so I left and will never come back.
Whoever owns this place won’t be in business long if this is how they treat customers.

I order from here about 2 – 3 times a month. The delivery guy comes sooner than expected.
The restaurant itself is big. the few times Ive gone inside it was practically empty. They dont have much variety for the arcades, its pretty lame.
Love the pizza! & Love the ‘cupped’ pepperoni!

About two months ago I called these people to order two pizzas to be delivered to my home.
The woman who took my call, who was barely proficient in the English language (why? What is the rationale for hiring such a person for public contact?), took my order and told me the total would be $ 47!
I’m sorry, but even if the toppings included shrimp, Kobe beef, and Russian caviar, such a price is beyond laughable. It’s ridiculous.
I cancelled the order. I have not called Mountain Mike’s since, nor do I in future plan to do so.

We order Mountain Mike’s for my office occasionally and everyone always seems happy. The ingredients tend to be good quality and with enough variety for all. Plus delivery time is spot on — always a plus when trying to keep a hungry office happy!
Last night I ordered a pepperoni/​sausage for my friend and a Mt. Veggiemore for myself. That’s right, the girl who thinks salad does not constitute a real meal ordered a veggie pizza and liked it.
My friend seemed to like his meat pizza: I gather this from the man grunts of happiness that he made amidst stuffing his face. Maybe guys have a special power that allows them to substitute food for air while eating?
