Typical boba place I’d have to say. The only fun difference is their assortment of Flavors on their menu, and their fun cup sizes.(I.e. They have a cup called«chubby» which is honestly so cute, I got it LOL) The day we got there was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and unfortunately, their CC card wasn’t working… and the person working seemed to not be able to do card imprints, but rather cash only. It was fine for me, because I had cash on hand, but it definitely turned around a couple of potential customers. We had a huge order because we were headed back to a graduation at chabot across the street that was taking forever and had almost 9 drinks and 4 orders of spicy chicken.(The chicken you make spicy on your own by adding the right amount of spice you like at the pick up window, which is pretty cool). Felt bad because there was only one girl working. Overall good place to go. Just in case, keep cash on hand and make sure you’re okay waiting if there’s only one person there at a time.

The Filipino girl with the pink glasses makes the best blended drinks it’s thick enough that it’s not too watery. Their spam musubis are awesome! Plus they’ve made a lot of improvements to this place, looks a lot cleaner and they got new stools with actual foot rest(: Also, just treat their employees with respect and they’ll do the same to you. But be rude and inconsiderate then why should they be nice to you.

A group of us ordered some drinks and popcorn chicken from here — a couple of hours later, we’re all throwing up and having massive stomach pains. Maybe it’s the drinks — maybe it’s the chicken, right? We had some left over chicken… even worse this time — diagnosis food poisoning from undercooked low quality chicken. NEVER going here again

Love that there’s a Quickly’s across from Chabot! I’m a milk tea addict so this is great. There’s lots of parking at this location as well; A+. It’s always busy and packed here so the baristas can take a while before they take your order, which means the lines can be a bit long. Also the store is really small so seating is VERY limited. They used to take cash only, but they finally implemented the card system. I always order jasmine milk tea here, but I got a chance to try their sesame milk tea which is pretty good. My drinks have always been on point and never disappointed me. Their popcorn chicken is not bad either, but I didn’t like their teriyaki chicken rice bowl much, so skip that. Overall, they have a lot of drinks to choose from, so I attempt to try a new one every visit I get. Service is decent, but the wait can be a bit irritating. I guess that’s just how they keep things organized; finishing their orders before taking new ones.

Closest boba place other than Tapioca Express. Pretty decent boba if you’re craving it and want a quick run for some milk tea. Food is pretty good, I got the popcorn chicken and fried calamari rings. The food is better than the milk tea in my opinion.

It’s okay. Their tea was a little watery, and for the first time ever, my lid was kid of jacked up… Id you know boba, that’s kind of a big deal… Their selection is huge though. I’m not a huge fan, but there is limited selection along the industrial side of town. I’d go back again if I have a craving and traffic is bad to go other places.

Let me just say Cindy is awesome! She was super friendly and funny. I like when employees actually treat their customers like humans! Great experience. I’ll be back for my Thai milk tea again!

Cash only, dirty floors and staff will constantly roll their eyes at you behind the register. Above all this location is in need of a deep cleaning of their floors and counter tops.

There are times when they are really short staffed that they get backed up. Most times I’ve been here around 2pm its been really slow.

I was introduced to Quickly Tea a few years dating back to the early 2000 on one of my first trips to Hawaii. It was good then and though I don’t drink it as often(especially during the winter) it is still so good and satisfying. I have stuck to the same drink because I simply can’t bring myself to trying any other flavor and be disappointed — Taro Milk Tea with boba. The menu is part of the wall décor with never ending drink options from Milk Tea, Ice Tea, Coffee and a good amount of mouth watering fried little snacks. I love the popcorn chicken. The batter is so light and crunchy and has a little spice kick to it. Quite addicting and almost reminds me of a chicken karaage. I’ll have to come back for the chicken wings, sesame balls, and fried calamari. They are also expending the menu to offer egg puffs. The concept of this place is great and everything is priced low and affordable!

They’re always sold out of everything! I can’t even remember a time where there was more than 1 person working either.

This place is terrible. I ordered a hot lychee milk tea and the drink was powdery and clumpy. I didn’t take a picture of the drink but I took a picture of the spoon so you can see the powder sticking to the spoon. The new staff just said, «that’s just how we make it». I had to push for a different drink instead and asked for the same drink iced, hoping that they’ll do a better job with it. It definitely wasn’t powdery but then there was some kind of weird black seeds in the bottom(I asked for no topping). I spat it out(see picture with the spoon in it). What a terrible service and product.

I love this quickly especially when they are graded! Price went up but it’s a good place to hang out with the movie they put on! Nice and fresh

They charge 25 cents for a cup of water but«not for the water.» Which im not sure but might not be legal. And under their TIP jar it says no pennies… Quickly is always low quality boba and tea.

–They say cash only but they are able to take cards anyway so don’t believe them when they only take cash. — I have no problem with the service or the food. Both very excellent! — minus 1 star for the«cash only»

They get 2 stars for their great variety of drinks . The staff always helpful with suggestions . However, it has gotten filthy dirty — the floors the walls look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages . Even for the tasty drinks I won’t be going back. Eww!!!

How convenient! They have a Quickly right in front of the Chabot College! AWESOME! I first experienced this location after a meal near the area. I had sadly walked by it once but I told myself the second time would be a charm. **This location only accepts cash** I know devastating huh? Unfortunately they don’t have the cool Ipad like my favorite Castro Valley location does. I learned that although Quickly locations are franchised they are all unique and different in its own way. This location comes with a book shelf so you are able to read and enjoy your boba! Nice huh? I was expecting to see games and other interesting things but I didn’t. I ordered my normal Strawberry Milk Tea and I tried the Orea Snow drink and I have to admit that I truly enjoyed the Orea Snow drink better then my normal Strawberry Milk Tea. WHY? Because thI didnt taste as much sweetness in my Strawberry Milk Tea like I normally do and it was just Blah! The workers here are very nice and friendly. I was able to chat with them about the differences at this location compared to others that I have been to and they were really nice in hearing me. They explained that they have been thinking of putting games out and may do so in the future. I hope this does happen because it brings out the uniqueness to the Quickly. Perfect location for a Quickly’s and definitely needed within the college area.

I am giving this boba place a 2⁄5 stars just because all throughout the years I’ve been coming here I barely saw any improvements. 1 star — CONVENIENTLOCATION. This place is located near Chabot College, the mall, etc. So it’s pretty accessible if you want to grab a quick boba before going some place. 1 star — OKFOOD and DRINK. Their food items and drinks are good enough to fill you up. I still like their fried octopus and I order it once in a while. –1 star — barely making any improvements over the years. –1 star — POORSERVICE. They sometimes take forever before taking your order even if it’s not busy. –1 star — NOFREQUENTCARD. How come this is the only boba place around that doesn’t have a frequent card? For all I know, most boba places around have a frequent card of some sort. LOCATION: this place is across Chabot College and it’s in the plaza where Celia’s Mexican Restaurant and Subway are located. Parking is limited sometimes. Overall, I would still come back if I need a quick boba drink to go.
