Stay clear of this Family Practitioner. As the other review said, wait times are horrendous. However, if you show up late, they charge you a fee.
My experience with Dr. Rowley and the office staff is as follows:
1) When calling in, your wait time on hold will be more than 15 min EVERYTIME (usually 30 min).
2) They expect you to make an office appointment for anything AND everything. They want you to come into the office so they can charge you and your insurance company for any consultation. I had basic lab work done to check cholesterol and they called and said it was normal (two months later). When I asked to speak with my doctor about the details, they required I come in and talk with the doctor. All I wanted to ask were a few questions on how I could possibly lower my cholesterol even more. They wouldn’t have any of that silly talk. Instead, I would need to take a ½ day off work, pay my insurance COPAY for a 5 min conversation with the doctor. Seems they are in it for the insurance claim, and not the patient’s best interest.
ADVICE: Pick another doctor and doctor’s office that will treat you as a valuable patient, not just an insurance claim ($$$).

Your appointment’s scheduled for a certain time but they never see you on time. They check you into a room but always, ALWAYS make you wait at least 20 – 30 minutes before the doctor comes in. Sometimes you don’t even see a real doctor but rather a physician assistant. My husband and I are never coming here again. We’re going to look for a new family doctor’s office. They are a service provider and really should be more respectful of their patients’ time.
