My neighborhood Starbucks! I always grabbed something to go or on my way back. The customer services have always been exceptional whether they are slow are swam. The plus thing about this place is they tend to be open later then most other Starbucks!

This Starbucks has friendly people working here, although they’re really slow. What I absolutely disliked is when I ordered a green tea latte with soy (Which seemed forever to get when it wasn’t super busy) I discovered the barista did not mix the matcha all the way in so I ended up sipping a whole mouthful of powder. I was super annoyed. And the fact she just gave it to me was just plain rude. I doubt she would want an improperly mixed drink.

Hardcore b-​team status here. They are so slow at taking orders, mess up orders several times in a row… Take forever… Even with online ordering they don’t read the order and make it wrong.
I get irritated every time I’m here because no matter what I do I have to repeat the order 4 – 5 times.
So frustrating that this is what’s closest to my home…

I stopped going here a while ago when one of the female baristas had an issue with topping off my coffee with milk. Otherwise I would give them 5.

Roberto was very energetic and enthusiastic. We stopped by to grab a caffeine fix before a long drive. Considering we don’t drink coffee much, we didn’t know what to get but he was quick to recommend. He was also outgoing and hilarious. He really made us feel welcome :-)

This place is like a well prepared party gone horribly wrong. The service and drinks are all aces. The staff also should get a fat salary increase for working in a place where the most colorful characters as customers swing in and out of this store at such a fast clip that when one colorful character leaves another walks in right after. For the time I was here I saw a man bring in his «DESKTOP COMPUTER» set it up on the table and started working, there was a homeless (my assumption) person who left a dollar tip, and another person who was hanging outside in his robe and housecoat while his girlfriend came in and brought coffee.
Bottomline, if you’re into people watching this is ground zero.
But like I said the staff here is amazing.

Everytime I come in here I have the worst experience partners are always bitchy!!! Kudos to Johnny (tall maybe Latino) I’m assuming the girl at the register was new but nice they forgot about my sausage sandwich then gave it to me a cold. When I let Johnny know he immediately fixed it. They had a long line and he kept his cool and smiled. I was expecting a horrible experience as usual but Johnny definitely changed my opinion of this store! Hopefully all the partners follow his example

This place has gotten a lot better over the years. It seems a lot of turnover at this location… but that’s not a bad thing as service has gotten a lot better even though they still have trouble spelling my name… hey, i keep it «SheReal»

The drinks they make taste awful. They don’t take their time to make it right. Staff is… meh. The only good thing is that it’s open later than the other SB’s in the area.

I have recently downloaded the Starbucks app and it allows users to order ahead. Since this store is at a prime location, this is my go to Starbucks spot on the way to work or as I’m running errands around downtown or heading to Castro Valley.
Big ups to the staff that can keep up with rushes all day! the location always has a line of at least 2 – 3 people, i have never seen it empty.
Don’t forget to try to do the question of the day to get an extra shot in your drink.

I frequent this starbucks 5 to 6 times a week.
They know my name, my order. I feel like they care about me and my business.
When they do occasionally make a mistake, they have been very good about offering the bad drink to us and quickly making a new one.
The bathroom needs a passcode, that’s a little odd, but they have always been clean.
Music is soft and the environment is welcoming. The staff are friendly and friends of each other. They make a good team. At times they are slightly under staffed and cannot handle rushes throughout the day as fast as most people perfer.
Overall, absolutely fantastic starbucks

It was my first time to visit this Starbucks Branch to get my regular Drink. The staff were friendly and very accommodating & they made my drink perfectly & according to my request unlike some branches ive been thru! Im very happy & satisfied! I’ll be back here even if its far from where I live! Keep it up!

So far I’ve had very good service and coffee has always tasted good. Tommy has made it a point to remember my name and will ask how my day/​week is going.
The area can be kind of sketchy depending on the time you go, so just be aware of your surroundings. That should be in any place, but more so here lol.

I’m sorry– have been wanting to give this review for a while, but didn’t have enough time. Really don’t have time today but I feel doubly compelled! To have to tell someone four times, (the same person twice, included in this) what your drink order should be, for one drink… means they don’t care (or are cognitively challenged). They seem to have a general discontent for what they’re doing — even in the face of a smile or pleasant words… horrible.

This is the only Starbucks that I’ve been to that gives their customers the opportunity to win an extra shot of espresso by playing a game of trivia. No cheating! The staff is friendly, although there are one to two employees that look like they could use a cup themselves. ;) what I like the most is the location.

This place is my jam! Suuuuper convenient to the freeway and on the way to everyone’s work. Staff is always nice, even if they forget to make a drink or two sometimes (hey, they’re pretty busy!). Life always moves pretty fast, so appreciate the hard work they put in!
Sbux internet in general sucks. This place is no different.
I’ll always come back!
