0 stars for this Taco Bell/KFC location. Went tonight and they forgot half my order and the rest was incorrect. I asked for extra nacho cheese on both Nacho Bell Grandes and got NO cheese. Asked for no tomatoes and got EXTRA tomatoes. That was just the beginning of it. I went all the way back to return my order at 8:30 and they said that they were closed and couldn’t do anything for me. Closed at 8:30 pm??? More like they WOULDN’T do anything for me. The customer service is non existent. I really hope no one is paying these morons $ 15/hr to work there. This place is a total joke and so are it’s employees.

This place needs to get it together. I don’t care if you’re closing I’m a paying customer. If it was one order okay I understand but every other thing they kept saying they were out of. And I ask for other things to substitute with and they kept saying they were out of. Why are you open then? To waste my time?!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Line was 15 minutes long, ordered food and that took 5 plus mins. Opened our food and it was so sloppy looking. So, again why did it take so long? Then as I drive off realize I get unsweeten tea. When, I asked for raspberry iced tea. What a horrible idea to go here…

This location just plain sucks. Don’t know if it’s because it’s a combo KFC/Taco Bell or not, and I don’t care. You should always get what you order, and we ALWAYS have problems here. It’s so convenient, but honestly we’ll just go to one of the other junk food joints from now on. The quality of the service is beneath one star, and the food seems to be of lower quality as well.

Order is wrong almost every time I come here. However, today’s visit takes the cake. My son ordered a quesarito box so that he could enter to win the ps4. The code had already been entered. I went back and politely asked for a code that hadn’t been entered. They gave me 4 other codes that had all been previously entered. I pointed out they obviously have an employee entering in the codes and asked if they could choose a box from the back room, but they said no. Many taco bells have had this issue, and since they aren’t affiliated with the company playing the game there is nothing they can do. So apparently false advertising is what they CAN do, and will CONTINUE to do. Bad form, Taco Bell.

Final straw… Been here several times because I live close by. Worst service out of all the fast food places I’ve been to thus far. It seems like kids run the place! Orders most of the time come out wrong or I have been given someone else’s order. Especially through the drive thru! I was actually at the window one time as these«kids» laughed at their mistake of giving the last customer the wrong order as they drove off. Food has been cold and or stale. Nacho Supreme looking like soup and chicken has made me sick before. My family and I will NEVER eat here again. Two thumbs down!

Is 0 stars possible. Not only did I wait for 30 minutes in the parking lot to get my food. But they got my order entirely wrong. Spent $ 15.00 got maybe $ 5.00 worth. Pretty frickin pissed. Not to mention that the food was hella stale!!! My god!!! I normally write pretty good reviews but I honestly was so unhappy with this I wouldn’t even give it a one star. Spend the extra $ 10.00 driving to the next Taco Bell in gas money cause they will steal it from you anyway.

Okay, so never say never. Sometimes the closest one will prevail because your kid’s hungry for it and you just don’t wanna take the extra-mile trip. I’ve gone here for Taco Bell now 3 – 4 times since and although it always depends on the worker, I’ve been getting good results.

If only this store wasnt really close to our place(literally across the street) we wouldnt even consider coming here for food. This store is a combined KFC/taco bell store. We’re not a big fan of taco bell but we love KFC so we got no choice. Their service sucks, drive thru service sucks badly. Their drive thru employees are rude whenever they take our orders. AND warning, they could make you wait for your food for 30 mins. Thats ordering from the drive thru! They made us park in the front and we waited in the car for 30 mins! I had to walk in the store to get my order! And that wasnt the first time. Anyway, I wish their service could improve. Their chicken’s good though.lol.

Terrible service. Been there multiple times. At night, off shift employees hangout and blast music distracting the ones who are actually supposed to be working. Took about 15 minutes to get my food with no line in front of me. They throw everything in the bag and it falls apart. Foods not always cooked all the way. Fire everyone and start over. Fast food industry may suck but its not supposed to be THAT bad.

This is the closest Taco Bell or KFC to where we live. I wouldn’t go here if there was another one close by. This is a combined Taco Bell and KFC. I have been to this fast food chain many times and they always mess up on our order through the drive through. Always miss an order or gave us the wrong item. How can you mess up this many times?! For some reason, I haven’t learned my lesson or lazy to drive to another one… Lately, we go inside to place our order. This last time, they got our order correct but for some reason, everything was soggy. The taco shell was soggy or the quesadilla was soggy. I love their taco supremes and good for a quick meal but they need to shape up or get new management. I shouldn’t complain too much as not sure anything will be done. Now, I will only go here by chance if I am desperate for a taco… so sad :-(

Went here with a couple of buddies and we were disappointed. Ordered two Baja Blast Freeze and were told it was gonna take ten minutes to receive them. One of them took ten minutes and the other one took an additional fifteen minutes after receiving the first one. Also, my buddy’s beefy fritos burrito tasted like throwup. Food was decent. That’s it. Never coming back again. Shoutout Manny one time.

The only thing I can say positive about my last run in with this place is, the drive thru speaker is pretty clear. Yeah, that bad. I ordered some salad that had chicken in it… the chicken was at the bottom, and consisted of three TINY pieces. The black beans it it, looked and tasted like they had been frozen and thawed before added into the salad. There were supposed to be rice included… yep, mushy and thawed to the taste as well. Burritos were included with my order… tiny, consisting mostly of sour cream, and not wrapped well enough to keep all what’s supposed to be kept inside. Just awful place! If you must go here, go inside, check your full order before leaving, or my suggestion is to go someplace else.

Crunchwrap supreme! I never order anything but this. Taco Bells are few and far between in NYC(the one I used to frequent was in a hospital on the outskirts of Brooklyn, for perspective), but this one is within driving distance, at least. As an aside, non-bright order window=closed for the night. Learned that the hard way recently. Haven’t went inside yet, but this seems like an eat and go type of place.

I don’t Understand why the meat taste different than every other Taco Bell I have eaten at and the quesadillas always taste burnt and why they’re sauce is very very runny is it because they are mixed with a KFC and Taco Bell and that they cook KFC stuff with Taco Bell stuff without cleaning it I do not know this is a mystery to me

Not sure if its under new management or they just hired a whole new staff but they have gotten better. The food has been fresh and better and the cashiers are much more friendly. They dont mess up on my orders as much as before.

The service is amazing here, the KFC side gives just the right amount of food and taste great! The place is clean and I believe is just freshly re modeled. The drive thru is also pretty fast. The only problem I have with this place is the Taco Bell portions they give, most tacos I buy from here seem too empty and have not enough cheese/lettuce/meat etc, but I dont complain because as I said the customer service is great. The best part is, THEMANAGERISREALLYNICE! He is probably the reason why I go to this Taco Bell rather than the Taco Bell next to James Logan High School, plus its a KFC!

I have gone here several times, the TACOBELL food is gross, they never seem to make my stuff right. The beans taste old and crusty. Decided to try out KFC first off they ran out of wings, how do you run out of any chicken at KFC? Then… they got my order wrong. I hate getting home and finding that something is wrong or missing. The reciept had what I ordered on it, but my bag didn’t have it. The customer service is OK. The girl taking my order was nice, but the girl that handed me my food was very rude, she practically threw the bag into my car… I will avoid this location.
